PARIS – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court:

Melissa C. Adams, 47, Auburn, failing to report on Feb. 8, sent to jury trial.

Seth W. Anketell, 20, Buckfield, transportation of liquor by a minor on Dec. 10, offense committed, fined $200 and license suspended 30 days.

Jeffrey D. Austin, 21, Norway, failing to make an oral or written accident report on Nov. 27, filed, fined $250.

Ronald I. Bean, 55, Oxford, disorderly conduct on Feb. 5, found guilty, fined $100.

Dale J. Bennett, 21, Buckfield, criminal mischief and assault on Aug. 13, both charges dismissed.

Genevieve M. Bourgeois, 18, Norway, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unsworn falsification and possession of liquor by a minor on Feb. 8, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second and third charges dismissed.

Scott Bowie, 30, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Sept. 5, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Brian D. Brackett, 22, West Paris, negotiating a worthless instrument on Aug. 1, 2004, found guilty, fined $250 and ordered to pay $942.41 restitution; also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 8, dismissed; and two counts of unlawful sexual touching on Jan. 1, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 30 days for each charge.

Nina I. Brandin, 24, Bethel, criminal mischief on March 22, 2001, dismissed.

Quentin Breton, 35, Albany Township, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Oct. 16, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge; also charged with violating condition of release on Nov. 26 and Jan. 10, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed.

Stanley Louis Brickel, 64, West Paris, burning without a permit on Nov. 17, dismissed.

Richard Brown, 40, Norway, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on Feb. 2, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Christopher B. Burgess, 19, Litchfield, permitting unlawful use and possession of liquor by a minor on Feb. 11, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Michael D. Calciano, 25, Harrison, failure to register a vehicle and attaching false plates on Dec. 4, found guilty on first charge, fined $150; second charge dismissed.

Cynthia Call, 48, Greene, failing to yield the right of way on Dec. 25, dismissed.

Dale Chase, 25, Oxford, violating condition of release on Sept. 14, found guilty, fined $200.

Benjamin M. Church, 47, West Paris, assault on Nov. 17, filed with no cost.

Justin L. Cocroft, 20, South Paris, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Feb. 25, found guilty, fined $200.

Ronald D. Corbett, 43, South Portland, operating under the influence and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on July 31, found guilty on both charges, fined $600, sentenced to four days and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $250 on second charge.

Gary E. Crane Jr., 31, Oxford, operating under the influence on Feb. 9, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Janet M. Crockett, 45, Buckfield, operating under the influence with one prior, on Oct. 31, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

Logan Cromwell, 18, Norway, possession of marijuana on Feb. 4, fined $350 by default.

John E. Crouch, 58, Poland, operating after registration suspended on Feb. 3, dismissed.

Scott Currie, 57, South Paris, failure to register a vehicle on Jan. 11, found guilty, fined $75.

Sean D. Cutler, 28, Harrison, operating under the influence with two priors, on May 26, 2005, found guilty, fined $1,100, sentenced to 180 days with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended four years and registration suspended.

Drew R. Davis, 18, Otisfield, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Dec. 24, found guilty, fined $300; also charged with furnishing liquor to a minor and allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor, both charges dismissed.

Kimberly M. Day, 35, Bethel, assault on Oct. 16, dismissed.

Tiffany R. Dillingham, 23, Lewiston, assault on Nov. 20, sent to jury trial.

Scott L. Dixon, 39, Oxford, assault on Feb. 18, found guilty, sentenced to six months with all suspended and one year probation.

James Dugan, 43, Waterford, violation of a protective order on Oct. 8, sent to jury trial.

Jesse Dyer, 25, South Paris, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 25, dismissed.

Keith E. Hingey, 21, Otisfield, operating an unregistered ATV on Jan. 21, offense committed, fined $100.

Stanley E. Hinkley, 46, Norway, violating condition of release on March 14, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Kermit R. Houghton III, 26, Carthage, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 11, dismissed.

Randall S. Johnson, 22, Sumner, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct on Dec. 17, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100 and ordered to pay $50 restitution.

Richard Johnston, 31, Oxford, habitual motor vehicle offender on Nov. 30, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days; also charged with assault on Jan. 1 and disorderly conduct on Jan. 6, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 30 days.

Tracy Johnston, 27, Harrison, failing to make an oral or written accident report on July 19, dismissed.

Lacey Laming, 23, Harrison, possession of marijuana on Nov. 16, offense committed, fined $350.

Gary J. Lanza, 48, Rangeley, criminal speed on Oct. 2, dismissed.

Jeffrey B. Laughton, 25, Norway, operating under the influence on Dec. 21, sent to jury trial.

Corey Mayer, 18, Norway, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 29, all charges sent to jury trial.

Dorson W. McCafferty, 47, Sumner, assault on Sept. 23, sent to jury trial.

Richard Merrill, 26, Livermore Falls, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Nov. 8, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 90 days with all suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

William R. Morris, 22, South Paris, attaching false plates on Oct. 29, found guilty, fined $75.

Michael B. Murphy, 54, Norway, violating condition of release on Sept. 22, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days with all suspended.

Jessica L. Nichols, 24, South Paris, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 11, dismissed.

Jonathan Paine, 20, Norway, disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, escape and criminal mischief on Feb. 4, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $100 on each charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Nicholas Palmer, 22, Otisfield, operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 20 and operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 6, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second charge dismissed.

Ronald K. Parsons Jr., 44, South Paris, violating condition of release on Feb. 7, dismissed.

Daniel H. Peistrup, 44, Norway, failing to obtain a drivers license on Feb. 18, waived, fined $100.

Jeremy R. Perry, 35, Norway, operating under the influence and violating condition of release on Feb. 25, both charges sent to jury trial.
