RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court:

Ashley M. Amburg, 18, Rumford, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on May 15, found guilty on first charge, fined $300 with $200 suspended; offense committed on second charge, fined $300; also charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on May 8, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Sean Peter Barrett, 38, Bethel, operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on July 3, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Kevin A. Berg, 29, Hollis Center, failing to present ATV registration on May 26, waived, fined $100.

Steve Bialkowski, 54, West Hartford, Conn., violating a fishing rule on May 26, waived, fined $100.

Melissa M. Blodgett, 26, Andover, fishing without a valid license on June 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Nicole L. Blodgett, 22, Mexico, disorderly conduct on May 1, found guilty, fined $50.

Tanya M. Bouchard, 30, Rumford, operating under the influence on April 21, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Matthew A. Boucher, 30, Rumford, operating after registration suspended on April 21, found guilty, fined $100.

Ian Patrick Canwell, 21, Mexico, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on May 6, found guilty, fined $150.

Cheryl M. Carey, 41, Rumford, operating after registration suspended on April 12, found guilty, fined $100.

David S. Davenport, 35, Canton, possession of marijuana on May 10, offense committed, fined $350.

James P. Delaney, 42, Middleton, Mass., failing to provide and display registration on March 17, waived, fined $100.

Joseph F. Gallant, 23, Rumford, operating under the influence on April 8, sent to jury trial.

Michael J. Gallant, 45, Rumford, operating under the influence on April 20, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Misty J. Glover, 24, Turner, furnishing liquor to a minor on May 15, found guilty, fined $300.

Laura M. Hagen, 47, Mexico, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 2, found guilty, fined $100.

Martin Holmquist, 28, Peru, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on May 12, offense committed, fined $300.

Roy C. Hutchins, 42, Dixfield, operating a vehicle without a license on May 2, found guilty, fined $200.

Derrik R. Knox, 20, Bethel, operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on May 6, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Mark E. Leblanc, 33, Rumford, possession of marijuana on May 19, offense committed, fined $350.

Alex R. MacDonald, 38, Bethel, exceeding the daily bag limit of smelts in Mud Brook on May 10, waived, fined $140.

Michael Morton, 43, Rumford, operating a vehicle with an expired license on July 25, 2003, waived, fined $53.57.

John W. Penney, 36, Leeds, kindling fire without permission on May 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Kirsten H. Perham, 40, Andover, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 26, found guilty, fined $250.
