RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court:

Mark A. Ambrose, 31, Rumford, violating a protective order and violating condition of release on Feb. 26, both charges dismissed.

Aaron P. Arsenault, 19, Hanover, possession of liquor by a minor on March 4, adjudicated, fined $200.

Erik M. Bernard, 20, Rumford, violating condition of release on May 3, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail.

Tyler D. Boothby, 19, Canton, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on March 5, found guilty, fined $600.

Ronald Bouchard, 28, Mexico, operating under the influence on March 11, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Jason B. Brady, 31, Acton, Mass., operating under the influence on March 5, found guilty, fined $1,000 and license suspended 90 days.

Dean M. Brungnoli, 24, Warwick, R.I., operating under the influence on March 3, sent to jury trial.

Seth T. Carey, 31, Rumford, operating after registration suspended on Nov. 19, dismissed.

David B. Chamberlain, 39, Hooksett, N.H., operating an unregistered snowmobile on March 26, waived, fined $100.

Timothy L. Cook, 35, Gainsville, Ga., failing to comply with sex offender registration act, first offense, found guilty, sentenced to two days at the county jail.

Sean Dandrea, 18, Rumford, operating a vehicle without a license on March 27, found guilty, fined $100.

David J. Doyle, 51, Bethel, failure to register a vehicle on Feb. 25, found guilty, fined $150.

Jonathan Giasson, 19, Rumford, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 27, first charge adjudicated, fined $350; second charge dismissed.

Lonny L. Hodgkins, 48, Roxbury, failing to report an accident or remove carcass on March 30, waived, fined $100.

Daniel Irish, 31, Mexico, operating an unregistered ATV on March 21, fined $100 by default.

Susan M. Jamison, 20, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 4, found guilty, fined $250.

Margaret M. Johnson, 41, Greenwood, sale of or furnishing of tobacco to a minor on March 15, offense committed, fined $200.

Elida A. Jones, 43, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 7, found guilty, fined $250; also charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and violation of condition of release on Feb. 9, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second charge dismissed.

Scott H. Jones, 48, Harpswell, fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size on March 11, waived, fined $120.

Lawrence K. Knox, 43, Dixfield, hunting without a valid license and two counts of hunting or possessing moose during closed season on Dec. 1 and possessing fish in violation on Dec. 11, all charges sent to jury trial.

Heather L. Mann-Gallant, 28, Rumford, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and failing to produce a vehicle or return it to the scene on March 13, found guilty on both charges, fined $150 on each charge.

Alan S. Mason Jr., 28, Gilead, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 30, found guilty, fined $500.

Neil J. McKenna, 25, Milton Township, operating while license suspended or revoked and failure to register a vehicle on March 20, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Shawn McLean, 36, Andover, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 6, found guilty, fined $600.

Kenneth T. Pease, 37, Newry, operating under the influence on Feb. 18, sent to jury trial.

Joel T. Peaslee, 29, Dixfield, operating under the influence on March 2, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days.

Benjamin F. Pierce, 25, Bethel, operating after registration suspended on March 2, found guilty, fined $150.

Daniel J. Richards, 23, Rumford, possession of marijuana on March 11, offense committed, fined $350.

David M. Richards, 49, Mexico, burning without a permit on April 9, waived, fined $50.

David J. Ryerson, 26, Mexico, allowing a dog to be at large on march 21, offense committed, fined $100.

Sean C. Searles, 27, Rumford, operating after registration suspended on March 19, found guilty, fined $150.

Victoria Taylor, 53, Dixfield, illegal transportation of animal or bird on Dec. 1, offense committed, fined $100.

Victoria Taylor, 53, Rumford, disorderly conduct on April 5 and assault on April 6, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Joel C. Theriault, 29, Stratton, unlawful use of a license or operating while license suspended or revoked on March 26, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $600.

Joseph H. Turner, 24, Mexico, allowing a dog to be at large on March 30, offense committed, fined $50.
