FARMINGTON — The following cases were recently closed in the 12th District Court:

Michael M. Gordon, 22, Wilton, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, terrorizing, criminal trespass on Sept. 24, 2011, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 48 hours in jail; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 48 hours in jail; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 48 hours in jail; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.

Scott A. Gordon, 41, Clinton, operating unregistered ATV on Sept. 5, 2011, offense committed, fined $100.

Travis Gordon, 19, Farmington, assault, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures on Aug. 26, 2010, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge.

Timothy L. Gotto, 52, Rumford, terrorizing, violating condition of release on July 12, 2011, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 30 days in jail; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Billy J. Gray, 42, Farmington, violating condition of release on July 4, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.

Timothy S. Greenlaw, 41, Wilton, criminal mischief on July 31, 2011, dismissed.

Timothy S. Greenlaw, 41, Farmington, violating protective order, violating condition of release on Aug. 8, 2011, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 24 hours in jail.

Timothy S. Greenlaw, 41, Farmington, violating condition of release, violating protective order on Aug. 21, 2011, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 24 hours on jail; second charge dismissed.

Anthony Gregoire, 29, Wilton, indecent conduct on Oct. 29, 2010, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Shelley Griffith, 61, Phillips, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 26, 2011, filed with no cost.

Jessica E. Griswold, 34, Wilton, operating under the influence on Sept. 3, 2011, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Reginald D. Haines Jr., 42, Farmington, violating condition of release on Aug. 15, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Helena S. Hall, 51, Livermore, operating unregistered ATV on July 12, 2011, offense committed, fined $200.

James R. Hamner, 40, Livermore, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 9, 2011, first offense committed, fined $350; second charge dismissed.

Harold H. Hanlon, 58, Bridgton, violation of rule moose zone on Oct. 15, 2011, found guilty, fined $300.

Daniel T. Harkness, 22, North Yarmouth, operate with license suspended or revoked, prior, two counts of furnishing liquor to a minor, operating under the influence on April, 30, 2011, first charge fined $500, suspended $500; second charge dismissed; third charge dismissed; fourth charge fined $500, sentenced to 45 days in jail all but 48 hours suspended, administrative release sentence one year, license suspended 90 days.

Jacob Harris, 20, New Sharon, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on May 25, 2011, found guilty, fined $150.

Roger Harris, 55, New Sharon, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures on Aug. 3, 2010, found guilty, fined $300.

Roger Harris, 55, New Sharon, violating condition of release, terrorizing, assault on May 10, 2011, second charge sentenced to 270 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, administrative release sentence one year, restitution of $30; third charge sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Jessica Lynn Harvey, 24, Jay, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on June 29, 2011, first offense committed, fined $350, second charge dismissed.

Theodore E. Hastings, 52, Wilton, violating condition of release on Aug. 12, 2011, fined $100.

Theodore E. Hastings, 52, Wilton, violating condition of release on Aug. 14, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours in jail.

Gregory C. Hazzard, 41, Jay, harassment by telephone on Aug. 29, 2010, filed with no cost.

Bryce B. Henry, 19, Wilton, domestic violence assault on Sept. 28, 2011, dismissed.

Erik P. Hersey, 33, Wilton, discharge firearm or crossbow near dwelling on July 1, 2011, found guilty, fined $250.

Robert F. Hewey, 22, New Portland, criminal mischief on July 19, 2011, found guilty, fined $200.

Melissa M. Hill, 27, Avon, person 10-16 unlawfully operating ATV on July 22, 2011, offense committed, fined $100.

Joshua B. Hiltz, 19, Farmington, operating under the influence, allow minor to posses or consume liquor, theft by unauthorized use of property on July 19, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed; third charge dismissed.

Jesse Hiscock, 29, Livermore Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 19, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days in jail.
