FARMINGTON — The following cases were closed recently in 12th District Court:

Nicholas R. Miller, 20, Oakland, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounce on June 26, 2011, offense committed, fined $350.

Darin Mills, 31, Jay, harassment, violating condition of release on July 31, 2011, dismissed.

Darin Mills, 31, Jay, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, violating condition of release on Oct. 23, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to 364 days with all but 25 days suspended, probation one year; second charge dismissed.

Jeremy J. Minot, 23, Wilton, violating fishing rule on June 19, 2011, by default, fined $100.

Stephen M. Minot, 48, Wilton, violating fishing rule on June 19, 2011, by default, fined $100.

Billy J. Moore, 29, Biddeford, violating condition of release on June 26, 2011, dismissed.
