FARMINGTON — The following cases were recently closed in the 12th District Court:

Tracy A. Robbins, Strong, criminal trespass; violating condition of release on May 12, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Robin Roberts, 52, Jay, fish violation of number, amount, weight or size on July 21, 2011, found guilty, fined $140.

Simeon J. Roberts, 19, New Sharon, assault on May 18, 2010, dismissed.

Elizabeth Robichaud, 58, Orrington, permit unlawful use on April 2, 2011, filed with cost.

Joshua L. Robichaud, 35, Goffstown,  N.H., operating after habitual offender revocation on April 2, 2011, dismissed.

Reid N. Rogers, 18, Weld, littering on Oct. 15, 2011, offense committed, fined $200.

Nancy Rose, 60, Phillips, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on July 16, 2011, dismissed.

Lynda K. Royer, 54, Wilton, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce on Sept. 27, 2011, offense committed, fined $350.

Lena Rutberg, 45, Wilton, operate without safety equipment on July 20, 2011, by default, fined $100.

Steven Ryan, 35, Livermore Falls, burning prohibited material on May 13, 2011, found guilty, fined $100.

Joseph H. Santana, 19, Vienna, minor possessing liquor on July 19, 2011, offense committed, fined $200.

Andrew Sanville, 19, Starks, assault on Sept. 2, 2011, found guilty, fined $300.

Miranda M. Sawyer, 20, Farmington, failure to register vehicle on Nov. 11, 2011, found guilty, fined $100.

Justin R. Scarborough, 25, Jay, operating after habitual offender revocation; operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 19, 2010 first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1000.

Gregory V.  Scarselletii, 34, Kingfield, operating under the influence on Feb. 6, 2011, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Jessica A. Schleler, 28, Farmington, domestic violence assault on May 31, 2010, dismissed.

Gail M. Schmidt, 46, Livermore Falls, two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument on May 2, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $100, restitution of $130; found guilty on second charge, fined $100, suspension of $100.

Kathyrene A. Searles, 37, New Vineyard, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 3, 2011, found guilty, fined $250, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.

Philip Shurtleff, 19, Kingfield, minor transporting liquor on Nov. 18, 2010, fined $200, license suspended 30 days.

Anthony P. Shusta II, 54, Madison, failing to make oral or written accident report on Dec. 10, 2010, found guilty, fined $1,000, license suspended 30 days.

Roy J. Simoneau Jr., 27, Chesterville, operating under the influence on Sept. 3, 2011, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours in jail, license suspended d90 days.

Aaron T. Skipper, 27, Old Town, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 30, 2011, found guilty, fined $250.

Joseph Slaver, 49, Cherryplain, N.Y., domestic violence assault; violating condition of release on July 8, 2011, both charges dismissed.

Christian Smith, 29, Farmington, domestic violence terrorizing on July 21, 2010, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Landon A. Smith, 26, Strong, domestic violence assault on May 21, 2011, sentenced to 30 days in jail all suspended, one year probation.

Joseph R. Sniadecki, 37, Phillips, violating condition of release on May 10, 2011, dismissed.

Michael A. Spear, 36, Rangeley, driving to endanger on July 22, 2011, found guilty, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

Karen Spivey, 22, Wilton, operating while license suspended or revoked; operating under the influence; violating condition of release; driving to endanger on Aug. 27, 2011, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500, sentenced to seven days in jail, license suspended 90 days; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to seven days in jail; fourth charge dismissed.
