12th District Court, Farmington


FARMINGTON — The following cases were recently closed in the 12th District Court:

Nathan M. St. Amand, 19, Oakland, three counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug on June 26, 2011, first charge dismissed; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $400.

Nathan M. St. Amand, 19, Oakland, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, transportation of drugs by a minor on June 26, 2011, first offense committed, fined $350; second charge dismissed; third charge dismissed.

Julian J. Stearns, 18, W. Caldwell, N.J., minor possessing liquor on Oct. 1, 2011, offense committed, sentenced to 25 hours of community service.

Benjamin Stevens, 22, Rangeley, littering on Aug. 8, 2011, offense committed, fined $100.

Ivo Stoimenov, 33, Belmont, Mass., fish without valid license on Sept. 4, 2011, found guilty, fined $100.

Chad R. Stone, 30, Poland, operating under the influence-one prior on Aug. 27, 2011, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to seven days in jail, license suspended three years.

Steven P. Stone, 57, Salem Township, domestic violence assault on Aug. 2, 2010, probation continued, no sentenced imposed.

Hazen L. Stover, 55, Augusta, operate ATV on public way on Sept. 5, 2011, offense committed, fined $100.

Schuyler Stratton, 63, Carthage, aggravated reckless conduct on Aug. 14, 2011, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Donn W. Sweetser III, 31, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 21, 2011, first offense committed, fined $350; second charge dismissed.

Wade A. Swett, 53, Chesterville, harassment by telephone on April 22, 2010, dismissed.

Ryan J. Tardif, 26, Auburn, cultivating marijuana, violation of condition of release on May 13, 2011, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to six months in jail, all suspended, probation of one year; found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge.

Derek L. Taylor, 51, Norridgewock, operating unregistered ATV on July 23, 2011, offense committed, fined $200.

Troy Thompson, 49, Jay, criminal trespass on July 7, 2011, dismissed.

Jessi L. Tirrell, 26, Livermore Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 29, 2011, found guilty, fined $100.

Christopher Townsend, 40, Farmington, harassment on Aug. 15, 2011, found guilty, fined $300.

Diane True, 48, Chesterville, keeping unlicensed dog on Sept. 2, 2011, offense committed, fined $50.
