FARMINGTON — The following cases were closed recently in 12th District Court:

Jason Wayne Abbott, 30, Livermore Falls, domestic violence assault on April 18, 2011, sentenced to 270 days, all but 70 days suspended, probation two years.

Danny Adams, 48, Farmington, domestic violence terrorizing on June 18, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to six months, all but seven days suspended, probation one year, restitution of $380.

Danny E. Adams, 48, Farmington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief, violating condition of release on July 29, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to seven days for each; restitution of $380 for second charge.

Michelle Nicole Adams, 39, Livermore Falls, theft by deception, forgery on Sept. 22, 2012, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $250.

Richard W. Adams Jr., 42, Livermore Falls, operating vehicle without license on Oct. 9, 2012, found guilty, fined $150.

Abdirasak Ibrahim Ahmed, 44, Metairie, La., rule violation operating after disqualification on June 22, 2012, dismissed.

Carl S. Amirault, 70, Wiscasset, possession of antlerless deer on Nov. 30, 2012, found guilty, fined $100.

Atoria Amsler, 21, Wilton, operating vehicle without license on Nov. 3, 2012, found guilty, fined $100.

Shantelle M. Austin, 23, Livermore Falls, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on Oct. 2, 2012, dismissed.

Albert Babb, 38, Parsonsfield, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on Oct. 9, 2012, offense committed, fined $350.

Matthew B. Bailey, 19, Sandown, N.H., unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Oct. 6, 2012, found guilty, fined $400.

Matthew B. Bailey, 19, Sandown, N.H., possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on Oct. 6, 2012, dismissed.

Roger Bailey, 27, Jay, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief on April 24, 2012, filed with no cost.

Kenneth Baker, 35, Jay, discharge firearm or crossbow near dwelling on Nov. 12, 2012, found guilty, fined $100.

Matthew P. Barnes, 41, Bath, loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle on Oct. 1, 2012, filed with cost.

Danny A. Bates, 50, Patten, operating while license suspended or revoked, operating under the influence, attaching false plates on May 4, 2006, found guilty, fined $250; fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours, license suspended 90 days; third charge dismissed.

Mackenzie Battle, 30, Windham, operating ATV on public way on Sept. 23, 2012, by default, fined $100.

Benjamin Battles, 35, Center Conway, N.H., operating ATV on public ways on Sept. 23, 2012, offense committed, fined $100.

John G. Beach, 53, Farmington, operating without safety equipment on Sept. 25, 2012, offense committed, fined $100.

Merissa A. Beaulieu, 22, North Monmouth, driving to endanger on March 16, 2012, found guilty, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

Gary Begin, 24, Wilton, criminal mischief, domestic violence assault on Sept. 14, 2012, found guilty on first charge, fined $250, second charge dismissed.

Jeremy D. Belskis, 25, Mexico, refusal to submit to arrest or detention-bodily injury, terrorizing on Jan. 1, 2013, found guilty, sentenced to 21 days for each.

Paige Berry, 42, Weld, operating under the influence on Oct. 6, 2012, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours, license suspended 90 days.

David Lee Black, 57, New Sharon, operating under the influence-one prior on July 2, 2012, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 14 days, license suspended three years.

Kyle E. Blaisdell, 24, Dixfield, domestic violence assault, disorderly conduct-offensive words-gestures on July 4, 2011, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge.

Mark S. Boivin, 20, Eustis, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on Sept. 28, 2012, offense committed, fined $350.

Obbie Boston, 34, North New Portland, operating after license suspension on Nov. 24, 2012, found guilty, fined $250.

Caleb N. Bowden, 20, Falmouth, minor consuming liquor on July 14, 2012, offense committed, fined $200.

David Boynton, 70, Kingfield, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, operating under the influence-one prior on June 12, 2012, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $700, sentenced to seven days, license suspended three years.

Heather Bradeen, 30, Carthage, domestic violence assault on Jan. 16, 2011, dismissed.

Marcia E. Bradley, 59, Mattapoisett, Mass., possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on Nov. 10, 2012, offense committed, fined $350.

Jeffrey E. Brann, 19, Wilton, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on Sept. 27, 2012, offense committed, fined $350.

Brian A. Broadway, 35, Jay, attaching false plates, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on Oct. 19, 2012, found guilty, fined $100; fined $500.
