FARMINGTON — The following cases were closed recently in 12th District Court:

Christopher Cautillo, 18, Dixfield, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on Sept. 22, 2012, found guilty, fined $100.

Luke Charest, 33, Poland, operating under the influence-no test-one prior on July 22, 2o11, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to seven days, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

Luke Charest, 33, Poland, criminal mischief on Aug. 2, 2012, dismissed.

Nancy J. Chretien, 45, Temple, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on Oct. 26, 2012, offense committed, fined $350.

Andrea Clark, 28, Mexico, assault, disorderly conduct-offensive words-gestures on May 20, 2011, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge.

Harry Lester Clark Jr., 58, West Farmington, driving to endanger on June 17, 2012, found guilty, fined $750, license suspended 30 days.

Jennifer R. Clark, 19, Rangeley, failing to make oral or written accident report on July 19, 2012, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 60 days.

Lisa Clark, 52, Rangeley, hindering apprehension or prosecution on July 19, 2012, filed with cost.

Garry B. Conant II, 25, Jay, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 30, 2012, filed with no cost.

Everard J. Cooper, 24, Chesterville, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Nov. 3, 2011, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 20 days.

Everard J. Cooper, 24, Chesterville, violating condition of release, possession of hypodermic apparatuses on Oct. 27, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days-all but 20 days suspended for each, administrative release sentenced one year for each; fined $400 for second charge.

Michael C. Corbett, 20, Saco, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on Oct. 6, 2012, offense committed, fined $350.

Samuel E. Corbett, 18, Saco, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Oct. 6, 2012, found guilty, fined $400.

Kevin S. Crandall, 29, Wilton, theft by receiving stolen property on June 20, 2011, dismissed.

Kevin S. Crandall, 29, Wilton, violating condition of release, assault, disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise, domestic violence assault, criminal mischief on Sept. 3, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to six months for each for first and second charges, all other charges dismissed.

Michael A. Crandall, 51, West Farmington, assault on May 30, 2011, dismissed.

Victoria Crockett, 20, Wilton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 20, 2012, found guilty, fined $100.

Stephen R. Cross, 59, Kingfield, hunting or possessing animal or bird-closed season on Oct. 9, 2012, found guilty, fined $200.

Richard Lee Dame, 43, New Sharon, domestic violence assault on April 25, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days-all but 30 days suspended, probation one year.

Robert S. Danforth, 47, New Sharon, operating under the influence on May 18, 2012, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Joseph Daoust, 25, Wilton, violating condition of release, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on Aug. 17, 2012, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

Lisa M. Davis, 50, Temple, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on Sept. 29, 2012, offense committed, fined $350.

Alton T. Decato, 42, Albion, domestic violence assault on Aug. 11, 2011, dismissed.

Joann E. Demorro, 47, West Farmington, Conn., forgery on July 11, 2012, dismissed.

Carl W. Demshar, 73, Carrabassett Valley, burning without permit-suppression costs, failing to extinguish fire on Oct. 27, 2012, found guilty on first charge, fined $150, restitution of $1,269, second charge dismissed.

Victor Disalvo, 72, Medford (Maine), operating unregistered ATV on Oct. 7, 2012, offense committed, fined $200.

Alphonso Dixon, 18, Norridgewock, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 14, 2012, first charge dismissed, offense committed on second charge, fined $350.

Jakob S. Duval, 23, Wilton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release on April 15, 2012, dismissed.

Edward N. Eames, 54, Augusta, operating vehicle without license on Nov. 3, 2012, found guilty, fined $150.

Jeremy J. Eaton, 36, Stonington, cultivating marijuana, violating condition of release on Sept. 29, 2012, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to 30 days, second charge dismissed.

Caven P. Eccleston, 18, Wilton, minor possession liquor on May 12, 2012, dismissed.

Randall L. Ellicott, 59, Avon, using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, placing bait to entice deer, night hunting on Nov. 21, 2012, found guilty, fined $200 each for first and second charges; fined $1,000, sentenced to three days for third charge.
