Devon Scott Hamel, 18, Buckfield, criminal mischief on May 28, 2012, dismissed.

Victoria Hamel, 18, North Berwick, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 12, 2012, filed with cost.

Matthew C. Hammond, 25, Greene, driving to endanger, operating under the influence on July 21, 2012, found guilty on first charge, fined $575, license suspended 30 days, second charge dismissed.

Marc A. Hand, 37, Wilton, failure to timely register bear, deer, moose, turkey on Oct. 31, 2012, found guilty, fined $300.

Brandon R. Hanks, 21, Nashua, N.H., violation of protective order on Oct. 5, 2012, found guilty, fined $200.

Rosalie A. Hargreaves, 56, Farmington, operating motor vehicle beyond class restriction on Sept. 2, 2012, found guilty, fined $150.

Roger Harris, 56, New Sharon, violating condition of release on May 10, 2011, sentenced to 14 days.

Jason C. Hart, 30, Bowdoin, illegal placing of bear bait on Aug. 27, 2012, found guilty, fined $100.

James F. Hasty, 60, Farmington, burning prohibited material on Aug. 28, 2012, found guilty, fined $100.

William I. Hatch Jr., 41, Jay, operating under the influence-one prior on July 4, 2012, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to seven days, license suspended three years.

Ryan R. Havlicek, 20, Lisbon Falls, minor possessing liquor on Oct. 14, 2012, offense committed, fined $200.

Gregory J. Healey, 23, Farmington, assault on April 19, 2011, dismissed.

Melissa R. Helms, 27, Jay, operating vehicle without license on Sept. 24, 2012, found guilty, fined $100.

Trevor S. Henry, 20, Jay, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor on Oct. 27, 2012, found guilty, fined $500.

Joshua B. Hiltz, 20, Farmington, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, failing to make oral or written accident report on July 19, 2011, dismissed.

James D. Hodges, 40, Farmington, assault on Oct. 13, 2012, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 21 days.

John Hoes, 61, Industry, driving to endanger on July 15, 2012, found guilty, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

Ronald E. Hoffman, 53, Sumner, two counts of terrorizing on March 29, 2012, sentenced to 364 days-all suspended, administrative release sentenced one year, restitution of $5,677.50 for each.

Shawn W. Holman, 23, Topsham, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Oct. 5, 2012, found guilty, fined $400.

Karen D. Holt, 47, Wilton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 29, 2012, found guilty, fined $100.

Christopher M. Huff, 47, Livermore Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 18, 2012, found guilty, fined $250.

Terrence T. Jones, 22, Bar Harbor, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on Oct. 20, 2012, by default, fined $350.

Joshua A. Kelley, 31, Phillips, violating condition of release on Sept. 23, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Linda M. Kemp, 52, Strong, night hunting, using artificial light to illuminate wild animals and Nov. 21, 2012, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $200.

John Kerr, 48, Anson, operating under the influence on July 15, 2012, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 45 days, license suspended 90 days.

Meenal R. Khandelwal, 28, Randolph, N.J., motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus over speed limit on Oct. 6, 2012, found guilty, fined $300.
