Zackary W. Sousa, 24, Vienna, false public alarm or report on Feb. 1, 2012, dismissed.

Zackary W. Sousa, 24, Vienna, five counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, criminal mischief on April 7, 2012, found guilty on first five charges, fined $200 for each, all other charges dismissed.
