FARMINGTON – The following cases were closed recently in 12th District Court:

Kevin A. Stanley, 41, New Sharon, operating under the influence, with two priors, and operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 3, both charges permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Charles Stebbins, 25, Vienna, operating an unregistered snowmobile on March 19, fined $100 by default.

Terry L. Stephens, 34, Carson City, Nev., operating a motor vehicle after suspension on Dec. 16, 1992, found guilty, fined $250.

Peter J. Stone, 23, Roxbury, Mass., operating after license suspension and possession of marijuana on Feb. 22, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; offense committed on second charge, fined $350.

Shane Sturgeon, 20, Farmington, possession of liquor by a minor on March 21, offense committed, fined $200.

Ben Sullivan, 36, Temple, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and disorderly conduct on June 24, first charge dismissed; unconditional discharge on second charge.

Jamie L. Taylor, 27, Starks, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on Feb. 21, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Kenneth Taylor, 56, New Sharon, cruelty to animals on Sept. 5, found guilty, fined $250.

Sherry L. Taylor, 35, New Sharon, cruelty to animals on Sept. 5, found guilty, fined $250.

Eric Teel, 31, Rowley, Mass., operating a snowmobile on a plowed road on Feb. 17, fined $100 by default.

Luis M. Tejeda, 20, Bangor, attaching false plates on Feb. 25, dismissed.

Luis M. Tejeda, 20, Bangor, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 25, offense committed, fined $300.

Norbert A. Thibault, 44, Sumner, violating condition of release on April 29, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Cathy B. Thomas, 48, Hebron, failing to provide and display registration on March 10, offense committed, fined $100.

Larry J. Thomas, 18, Kingfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 15, found guilty, fined $500 and restitution of $30.

Norman B. Thompson, 34, Jay, driving to endanger on Jan. 29, found guilty, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Oscar O. Thompson III, 34, Wilton, assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Jan. 30, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to 180 days with all but 48 hours suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Oscar O. Thompson III, 34, Wilton, violating condition of release on March 6, March 21, March 31 and April 18, found guilty on first and second charges, unconditional discharge for each charge; third charge dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to 180 days with all but 10 days suspended and one year probation.

Ryan H. Thompson, 33, Rangeley, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, and attaching false plates on March 20, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $250.

Johnathon J. Tibbetts, 24, Chesterville, possession of marijuana on Dec. 22, offense committed, fined $350.

Kevin R. Timberlake, 24, East Livermore, failing to make an oral or written accident report and failing to stop and/or provide information on Jan. 27, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $400.

Marcia A. Tracy, 23, New Sharon, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on April 13, found guilty, fined $400.

Kelly J. Trenoweth, 27, Jay, violating condition of release on March 26, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Michael J. Tully, 48, Rangeley, operating under the influence on March 15, found guilty, fined $800, sentenced to 72 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Christian P. Tuttle, 20, Farmington, possession of liquor by a minor on Jan. 9, offense committed, fined $200.

Tony S. Tyler, 21, Strong, failure to register a vehicle on April 8, found guilty, fined $100.

David G. Ullring, 60, Industry, harassment on March 13, sent to jury trial.

Lucas Vining, 19, Weld, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 23 and March 25, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 for each charge.

Joshua R. Violette, 20, Farmington, operating a vehicle without a license on Dec. 30, dismissed.

John C. Wahl Jr., 74, New Vineyard, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 6, found guilty, fined $250.

John C. Wahl Jr., 74, Phillips, operating while license suspended or revoked, failing to stop, remain and/or provide information, failing to make an oral or written accident report and driving to endanger, first and second charges dismissed, fined $500 on first charge; fined $200 on second charge, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Jessica Waite, 23, Jay, operating a vehicle without a license on April 19, found guilty, fined $150.

Peter G. Walen, 58, Kingfield, operating under the influence, with one prior, on June 27, found guilty, fined $900 and license suspended 90 days; also charged with violating condition of release, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Jan. 10, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000; second and third charges dismissed.

Theodore J. Wallace, 30, Dryden, violating condition of release on March 1, found guilty, fined $300.

Timothy Wallingford, 22, Jay, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 17, found guilty, fined $250.

Brian J. Walls, 30, Southwest Harbor, operating under the influence, with one prior, on March 31, sent to jury trial.

Jeremy D. Walston, 32, Jackman, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 11, found guilty, fined $250.

Richard W. Walther, 35, North Brookfield, Mass., failing to provide and display registration on Feb. 25, fined $100 by default.

Scott Wanner, 33, Salisbury, Mass., permitting unlawful operation of a snowmobile on Feb. 3, fined $155 by default.

Preston L. Ward Jr., 33, Farmington, assault on Dec. 18, dismissed.

David Warren, 18, Farmington, possession of liquor by a minor on March 1, offense committed, fined $200.

Michael J. Watts, 30, Farmington, driving to endanger on Dec. 31, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 30 days.

Tina L. Weaver, 38, Fayette, disorderly conduct on Feb. 18, found guilty, fined $100.

John P. Whelpley, 23, Wilton, violating condition of release on Dec. 23, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Jesse A. Wilber, 20, Old Orchard Beach, criminal speed on Jan. 7, found guilty, fined $300.

Michael L. Williams Jr., 42, Jay, unlawful sexual touching on Sept. 1, sent to jury trial.

Travis J. Wills, 23, North New Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 9, found guilty, fined $250.

Ashley M. Winter, 23, Farmington, assault and violating condition of release on Feb. 20, sent to jury trial.

Matthew L. Witham, 24, Phillips, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 12, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $250 on second charge.

Harley D. Witherell, 24, Farmington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on March 27, both charges dismissed; also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on March 15, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 30 days and restitution of $94 on first charge; sentenced to 30 days on second charge; and violating condition of release on March 29, dismissed.
