Maureen J. Desmond, 48, Carrabassett Valley, operating under the influence on March 3, sent to jury trial.

Robert A. Deterra, 40, Acushnet, Mass., failing to provide and display registration on Feb. 17, waived, fined $100.

Ada L. Dion, 35, Jay, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 15, found guilty, fined $500.

Randi E. Drake, 20, Lisbon Falls, possession of liquor by a minor on March 1, offense committed, fined $200.

Scott A. Drummond, 42, Wilton, assault on Feb. 26, dismissed.

Joshua D. Duffy, 23, Sidney, operating under the influence and violating condition of release on May 5, both charges sent to jury trial.

Chad M. Dunham, 21, Oquossoc, assault and terrorizing on Feb. 5, both charges sent to jury trial; also charged with violating condition of release and possession of marijuana on March 24, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $350.

Cheray C. Dunn, 24, Wilton, assault on March 18, found guilty, fined $300.

Peter S. Dunwoody, 54, Kingfield, assault on May 20, sent to jury trial.

David L. Dyer, 20, Orange, Conn., possession of marijuana on April 13, dismissed.

Randelli J. Dyke, 21, Skowhegan, criminal speed on Dec. 31, dismissed.

Richard B. Dzvileski, 58, Strong, kindling fire without a permit on May 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Nicole E. Eckardt, 20, Rangeley, assault on April 1, filed with no cost.

Christopher D. Elliott, 30, West Farmington, failing to comply with sex offender registration act on March 10, sent to jury trial.

Frank A. Ellsworth, 50, Eustis, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and possession of marijuana on Feb. 3, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.

Lucas Fisher, 23, Jay, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 15, fined $300 by default.

Brandon Flagg, 18, Jay, driving to endanger on April 1, found guilty, fined $800 and license suspended 60 days.

Martin Flagg Sr., 37, Jay, operating under the influence on March 6, sent to jury trial.

Robert Florian, 34, New Sharon, assault and disorderly conduct on Feb. 13, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200; also charged with operating under the influence and violating condition of release on March 23, both charges sent to jury trial.

Norman S. Foss, 60, East Wilton, burning without a permit on May 5, waived, fined $50.

Elizabeth D. Frechette, 22, Chesterville, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 9, found guilty, fined $250.

Roy G. Gould Jr., 28, Stratton, violating a protective order on Jan. 26, found guilty, fined $200.

Josh D. Grant, 24, New Sharon, operating an unregistered snowmobile on Feb. 17, fined $100 by default.

Betty J. Greenlaw, 58, Farmington, allowing a dog to be at large on Dec. 31, offense committed, fined $100.

Amy L. Greenwald, 31, Mexico, violation of a protective order on Jan. 24, filed with no cost.

Anthony M. Grimanis, 29, Temple, failing to make an oral or written accident report and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on March 31, found guilty on first charge, fined $600; second charge dismissed.

Caroline Halloran, 19, Acton, Mass., possession of marijuana on Feb. 25, dismissed.

Jerry M. Hansen, 27, Phillips, probation violation on a Jan. 1, 2006, assault charge, probation revoked; also charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 8, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days.

Jason M. Hanson, 29, Strong, indecent conduct on May 1, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Mark Harris, 38, Temple, endangering the welfare of a child on Sept. 5, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days with all but 14 days suspended and one year probation.

Matthew Lee Harvey, 20, Lewiston, operating after license suspended, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and failing to provide a correct name, address, and/or date of birth on April 17, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 30 days; third charge dismissed; also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 16 and unlawfully possessing alcohol on April 17, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 30 days; second charge dismissed.

Chris D. Heath Jr., 19, Farmington, possessing liquor by a minor on April 20, fined $200.

Eric J. Heath, 34, New Vineyard, criminal mischief on Feb. 19, sent to jury trial.

Kristina Jellison, 37, Livermore Falls, negotiating a worthless instrument on Dec. 21 and Dec. 16, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Felicia Jewell, 20, Jay, three counts of assault on Feb. 9, all charges sent to jury trial.

Keith Johns, 49, Holbrook, N.Y., operating an unregistered snowmobile on Feb. 7, adjudicated, fined $100.

Kandi S. Johnson, 22, Farmington, operating under the influence on Oct. 26, 2006, dismissed.

Kyle S. Jones, 22, Carrabassett Valley, failing to make oral or written accident report on Feb. 7, guilty, fined $500, license suspended 30 days.

Billy J. Jordan Sr., 40, Kingfield, assault on June 8, 2002, probation revoked, sentenced to 27 days.

Paul D. Kabatznick, 23, Farmington, theft by receiving stolen property on Feb. 8, sent to jury trial.

Michael D. Keach, 37, Farmington, operating unregistered snowmobile on Feb. 24, waived.
