FARMINGTON – The following cases were closed recently in 12th District Court:

Anthony Valenti, 35, Jay, operating after license suspension, attaching false plates and failure to register vehicle, Aug. 28, found guilty on first charge, fined $250, second and third charge dismissed.

Seth Vining, 20, Weld, minor transporting liquor, minor purchasing liquor, July 8, first charge dismissed, offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Peter Walen, 57, Kingfield, operating vehicle without license-conditional/restriction, June 27, dismissed.

Jason Ward, 30, Livermore Falls, violating protective order and violating condition of release, Sept. 6, both charges sent to jury trial.

William Weaver, 23, Livermore Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, June 4, found guilty, fined $600.

Katherine Webber, 18, Rangeley, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, Aug. 5, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Cathy Wentzell, 44, Farmington, terrorizing and criminal trespass, Oct. 15, both charges sent to jury trial.

Cathy Wentzell, 44, Farmington, stalking and violating condition of release, Oct. 15, both charges sent to jury trial.

Brandon Wheeler, 18, Phillips, operating under the influence, one prior and operating vehicle without license-conditional/restrictive, Sept. 18, both charges sent to jury trial.

Schuyler Whitney II, 33, Farmington, stalking, Oct. 21, sent to jury trial.

Daniel Winship, 31, Canton, operating after license suspension, Sept. 26, dismissed.

Kevin Wood, 28, Bangor, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and violating condition of release, Sept. 14, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, second charge dismissed.

Kevin Wood, 28, Bangor, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, Sept. 14, offense committed, fined $100.

Robert Zeilnhofer, 54, Carmel, N.Y., terrorizing and criminal mischief, Sept. 5, both charges sent to jury trial.

Francis Leidy, 22, of Farmington, charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention, Sept. 9, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to 16 days; charged with escape, dismissed.

Francis Leidy, 22, of Farmington, charged with violating condition of release, Nov. 18, 2006, Farmington; found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Michael J. Lemieux, 39, of Phillips, charged with operating under the influence, Oct. 7, 2006, Rangeley; found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.
