FARMINGTON – The following cases were closed recently in 12th District Court:

Robert Limongiello Jr., 45, Londonberry, N.H., operating under the influence, Aug. 26, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours, stayed, license suspended 90 days.

Brian Long, 32, Sandy River Plt., operating under the influence, no test, Oct. 1, sent to jury trial.

Ryan Madore, 20, Farmington, motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus miles over the speed limit, driving to endanger, Aug. 11, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

Thomas Masseli, 41, Portland, burning without permit, burning prohibited material and failing to extinguish fire, May 14, found guilty on first charge, fined $100, second and third charge dismissed.

Jennifer Mathers, 19, East Dixfield, dangerous dog complaint violation, and two charges to allowing dog to be at large, Aug. 1, offense committed on first charge, fined $250, restitution, $351, second and third charge, dismissed.

Faye McLain, 41, East Wilton, operating under the influence, one prior, operating vehicle without license-conditional/restriction, failing to make oral or written accident report, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, Sept. 9, all charges sent to jury trial.

Kevin Morneault, 29, Bangor, operating while license suspended or revoked, Oct. 8, dismissed.

Harry Moss III, 53, Livermore Falls, operating motorboat without muffler, Aug. 5, filed with no cost.

Ralph Napolitano, 49, Johnston, R.I., motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus miles over the speed limit, Aug. 21, 2003, dismissed.

Bryan Nason, 22, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence, Sept. 10, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Verne Pressey Jr., 41, Farmington, failure to register vehicle, Sept. 14, found guilty, fined $100.
