3 charged in alleged limo assault

CONWAY, N.H. (AP) – Two Massachusetts men and teen from Conway face a variety of charges after allegedly prowling around the town in a white limo last week.

Police say the charges include sexual assault, threatening two young girls with a fake gun and drug possession.

Officers stopped the limo last Thursday after noticing its brake lights weren’t working. They say they quickly found that the driver was not a licensed limo driver, then found drug paraphernalia inside.

Based on other complaints, they charged the driver, Borisytha Lim, 22, of Boston, with two counts of sexual assault, stemming from an incident earlier last week. A passenger, Justin Vachon, 17, of Conway, was charged with threatening at least two underage girls who were riding in the limo with a fake gun.

Another passenger was charged with drug possession.
