30th anniversary celebrated


GRAY – The children of Paul and Tracy Morton are proud to announce that their parents have celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary. On May 26, the couple joined friends and family at a party in their honor in New Gloucester.

The celebration was hosted by their daughter and son-in-law, Penny and Nicholas Collins, and son, Nicholas Morton.

The couple was married on May 28, 1977, in Lewiston. They lived briefly in Virginia while stationed at Virginia Beach with the Navy. The couple returned to Maine in 1979 and settled in Auburn, where they raised their two children. The Mortons currently reside in Gray.

Mr. Morton recently celebrated 25 years at his employer, National Semiconductor in South Portland, and Mrs. Morton owns her own business, Mainely Memories Scrapbooking.
