LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Wendy B. White, 48, Turner, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 18, found guilty, fined $100.

Conan Whitney, 34, Sabattus, assault on July 22, found guilty, fined $300.

Lindsay M. Whitter, 21, Lewiston, allowing a dog to be at large and keeping an unlicensed dog on Aug. 22, offense committed on both charges, fined $150 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Eliot B. Willauer, 34, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 22, found guilty, fined $250.

Corey G. Williams, 32, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Aug. 23, found guilty, fined $600.

Miles Shannon D. Williams, 35, Norway, theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property on Aug. 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Andrew T. Willigar, 21, Franklin, assault on Sept. 3, sent to jury trial.

Andrew T. Willigar, 21, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on Nov. 10, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days for each charge.

Jamela E. Wilson, 29, Lewiston, fugitive from justice on Oct. 26, dismissed.

Wilson Trucking, Hebron, inadequate suspension rule violation on Sept. 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Duane Winkler, 44, Wiscasset, failure to register vehicle on Aug. 25, found guilty, fined $100.

Jennifer A. Winship, 31, Auburn, violating condition of release on June 26, and escape and criminal mischief on June 27, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 48 hours on first charge; sentenced to 48 hours and restitution of $500 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Crystal Lee Wood, 27, Lewiston, possession of hypodermic apparatuses, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and violating condition of release on Aug. 27, found guilty on first charge, fined $400; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to three days.

Jeremy Woods, 24, Windham, misuse of identification on Aug. 24, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days with all suspended, one year probation, and restitution of $725.72.

Lisa M. Wordell, 24, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 24, found guilty, fined $250.

Robert Zeilnhofer, 54, Carmel, assault on Sept. 5, sent to jury trial.

Daniel R. Zicarelli, 18, Bethel, eluding an officer and criminal speed on Sept. 5, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Jose I. Zuniga, 22, Turner, operating a vehicle without a license on June 30, found guilty, fined $150.
