LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Merton Pinkham, 39, Lewiston, drinking in public on Aug. 28 and possession of marijuana on Sept. 8, found guilty on first charge, fined $75; offense committed on second charge, fined $350.

Eric R. Pleau, 19, criminal speed on June 21 and Sept. 30, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 for each charge.

Gregory M. Plummer, 24, Lewiston, operating after suspension on Feb. 28, found guilty, fined $250.

Joan Poissonnier, 39, Lewiston, assault and criminal threatening on Nov. 15, found guilty on both charges, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all but two days suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to two days on second charge.

Douglas A. Poland, 45, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence on Aug. 20, sent to jury trial.

Lance D. Poland, 22, Greene, two counts of assault on May 6, found not guilty on both charges.

Alvin Polvinen, 55, Auburn, assault on Sept. 19, sent to jury trial.

Mark A. Pontbriand, 27, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 9 and 12, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 for each charge, and displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on Sept. 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Adam J. Poulin, 24, Medford, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 5, dismissed.

David W. Prive Jr., 32, Poland, operating under the influence on Oct. 1, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Timothy Pulk Sr., 45, Sabattus, failure to appear for disclosure or contempt hearing on Aug. 24, dismissed.

John P. Quimby, 64, Pownal, operating after registration suspended on Aug. 27, found guilty, fined $100.

Mary Jo Quirk, 41, Buckfield, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 13, found guilty, fined $250.

Michael Raymond Rancourt, 24, Auburn, violating a protective order on Aug. 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael N. Raskin, 61, Durham, failure to register a vehicle on Sept. 9, found guilty, fined $100.

Tammy Rastelli, 33, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 9, found guilty, fined $600.

Randall M. Rau, 20, Lewiston, Mass., failure to provide a correct name, address, and/or date of birth, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 18, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days for each charge.

Casey W. Reagan, 19, Lisbon, disorderly conduct on Aug. 3, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Jennifer Lynn Reilly, 31, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Nov. 1, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Daniel E. Richardson, 54, Turner, burning prohibited material on Aug. 20, found guilty, fined $1,000.

Benjamin Roberts, 28, Limestone, probation violation on a June 10, 2005, terrorizing charge, sentenced to 30 days and probation partially revoked.

Michael W. Roberts, 46, Bath, Mass., operating after registration suspended on June 28, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Randall R. Robichaud, 41, Auburn, assault on Sept. 9, found guilty, fined $300.

Tricia Marie Robishaw, 28, Auburn, operating an ATV under 18 without headgear and operating an ATV on a public way on Oct. 8, fined $100 for each charge, both by default.

Crystal L. Rogers, 28, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 15, found guilty, fined $250.

Ryan D. Rollo, 19, Wolfeboro, N.H., possession of liquor by a minor on Sept. 8, offense committed, fined $200.

William N. Rouille, 20, Lewiston, terrorizing and violating condition of release on Nov. 27, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to seven days for each charge.

David J. Roy, 26, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with one prior, on Sept. 10, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended 18 days and registration suspended.

Derek J. Roy, 21, Lewiston, assault on Oct. 31, sent to jury trial.

James C. Roy, 28, Greene, operating under the influence on July 10, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

George S. Salisbury, 44, Lewiston, two counts of assault on Oct. 26, both charges sent to jury trial.

Paul P. Saucier, 35, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 22, found guilty, fined $250.

Joshua S. Sawyer, 23, Poland, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 7, found guilty, fined $500.

Derrick Schnieder, 19, Topsham, permitting unlawful use and violating condition of release on Nov. 17, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days for each charge.

Corey Scott, 23, Norway, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 9, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Melissa R. Sheets, 19, Turner, operating after registration suspended on Aug. 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Renee Sheltra, 27, Lewiston, assault on Oct. 12, sent to jury trial.

Abdirahman Shirdon, 23, Boston, Mass., disorderly conduct on Aug. 14, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Robert Lee Sims, 29, Auburn, probation violation on a Nov. 4 assault charge, sentenced to seven days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Kyle Singleton, 31, Mechanic Falls, assault on Sept. 18, found guilty, fined $300.

David E. Slattery, 47, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and operating under the influence on June 16, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $750 and license suspended 90 days.

Joshua A. Sleeper, 21, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Nov. 28, found guilty, sentenced to two days.
