LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Amanda Rivard, 19, Norway, possession of liquor by a minor on Jan. 16, offense committed, fined $200.

Brent Ivan Roaix, 23, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Jan. 14, fined $350 by default.

Mark A. Roark, 21, Auburn, operating an ATV on a public way, operating an unregistered ATV, and failing to use ATV lights on Jan. 14, fined $100 by default for each charge.

Patrick Robbins, 36, Lewiston, terrorizing on Feb. 5, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days.

Benjamin Roberts, 28, Auburn, probation violation on a June 10 terrorizing charge, sentenced to 90 days and probation partially revoked and continued; also charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 15, and violating condition of release on March 2, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 14 days for each charge.

David Robertson, 39, Leeds, violation of a protective order on Dec. 23, found guilty, sentenced to 18 hours.

Jesse Robitaille, 28, Auburn, out of door burning violation on Jan. 19, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael Rogers, 35, Biddeford, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and violating condition of release on March 8, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to three days for each charge; also charged with false registration of deer on Nov. 26, found guilty, fined $200.

Jimmy L. Rolfe, 41, Livermore, violating a protective order on Nov. 12, found guilty, fined $200.

David Rosebush III, 19, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Jan. 20, offense committed, fined $350.

Hope M. Ross, 35, Mechanic Falls, operating after license suspension on Dec. 19, dismissed.

Justin C. Rouille, 18, Lewiston, possession of liquor by a minor on Dec. 8, offense committed, fined $200; and obstructing government administration on Dec. 21, found guilty, fined $100.

Justin Thomas Roy, 26, Durham, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 13, fined $300 by default.

Marcel R. Roy, 48, Leeds, assault, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 5, all charges sent to jury trial.

Ronald J. Roy, 60, Lisbon, operating under the influence on Nov. 21, dismissed.

Wesley R. Roy, 27, Durham, operating under the influence on Dec. 31, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Angel Rundstrom, 28, Lewiston, two counts of assault on Jan. 28, both charges sent to jury trial.

Bruce C. Russo Jr., 20, Lewiston, carrying a concealed weapon on Jan. 1, found guilty, fined $250.

George S. Salisbury, 43, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Jan. 1, found guilty, fined $75.

Jason A. Sargent, 31, Lewiston, probation violation on a July 11 assault charge, sentenced to 100 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked; also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 16, dismissed.

Jessica L. Saucier, 22, Lewiston, disorderly conduct, assault, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Jan. 8, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Christopher J. Savage, 20, Buckfield, transporting liquor by a minor on Feb. 23, fined $100 and license suspended 30 days by default.

Anthony Savard, 20, Monmouth, failing to stop, remain or provide information on Jan. 27, found guilty, fined $100.

Jarrod Sawyer, 33, Buckfield, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and two counts of violating condition of release on Aug. 5, and eluding an officer and violating condition of release on Oct. 12, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

David T. Scott, 18, Lewiston, possession of liquor by a minor on Jan. 15, offense committed, fined $200.

Frederick Seavey, 64, Gray, permitting unlawful use and operating after registration suspended on Oct. 25, both charges dismissed.

Richard Severy, 62, Poland, operating an unregistered ATV on Jan. 28, offense committed, fined $100.

Randy Sibley Jr., 18, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on Oct. 16, waived, fined $150.

Tonya Lynn Siegler, 33, Brunswick, assault on Nov. 5, transferred to Superior Court.

Julia C. Simons, 21, Bethesda, Md., possession of liquor by a minor on Sept. 3, dismissed.

James J. Simpson, 22, Hamden, Conn., operating under the influence on Jan. 12, sent to jury trial.

Kristin Simpson, 26, Auburn, obstructing government administration on July 18, 2003, found guilty, fined $75.

Joshua S. Small, 24, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 2, found guilty, fined $200 and ordered to pay $17.98 restitution.

Jesse C. Smith, 20, Lewiston, attaching false plates on July 9, found guilty, fined $100.

Marc Smith, 19, Buckfield, possession of liquor by a minor on Feb. 23, fined $200 by default.
