Robert D. Merrill, 32, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, failure to register a vehicle and attaching false plates on Dec. 20, found guilty on all charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge; fined $75 with all suspended on third charge.

Joshua R. Mershimer, 24, South Paris, assault on Jan. 28, found guilty, fined $300.

Amanda Michaud, 22, Sabattus, keeping an unlicensed dog on Jan. 24, fined $25 by default.

Timothy C. Miles, 29, Carthage, N.Y., possession of marijuana on Dec. 23, 2004, fined $200 by default.

Jeremy Miller, 34, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Jan. 4, dismissed.

Julita Y. Miranda, 22, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Kalvin N. Mitchell, 35, Livermore Falls, violating condition of release on Sept. 6, dismissed.

Jamal A. Mohamed, 19, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on Dec. 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Jamie B. Mondragon, 25, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Nov. 24, found guilty, sentenced to two days at the county jail; also charged with violating condition of release, criminal mischief, and refusing to sign a criminal summons on Nov. 30, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 14 days at the county jail for each on first and second charges; sentenced to two days at the county jail on third charge; and criminal mischief on Feb. 25, found guilty, sentenced to seven days at the county jail and ordered to pay $500 restitution.

Melissa Sue Moody, 24, Greene, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Nov. 25, found guilty, fined $250.

Kenyen C. Moore, 26, Greene, furnishing liquor to a minor on Nov. 25, found guilty, fined $250.

Adam P. Morey, 31, Jay, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 1, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail and license suspended one year.

Matthew R. Morgan, 20, Lewiston, operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on Jan. 14, both charges sent to jury trial.

Melissa A. Morin, 19, Lewiston, transportation of liquor by a minor on Dec. 11, filed, fined $100.

Rachel Morrill, 22, South Portland, failure to register a vehicle on Jan. 1, found guilty, fined $75.

Ryan T. Morrill, 19, Lewiston, operating a vehicle without a license on Jan. 25, found guilty, fined $100.

Dale A. Morris, 26, Poland, trafficking in dangerous knives and violation of condition of release on March 17, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days for each charge.

Michelle E. Mott, 33, Sabattus, negotiating a worthless instrument on Dec. 8, dismissed.

Abdi Sharif Mukhtar, 28, Minnitonka, Minn., operating a vehicle without a license on Nov. 23, dismissed.

Derek F. Muncey, 19, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Dec. 26 and violating condition of release on Feb. 10, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Jetaime M. Mungin, 19, Auburn, assault on Feb. 9, sent to jury trial.

Jason R. Murphy, 26, Rumford, operating after registration suspended on July 12, found guilty, fined $100 with $60 suspended.

Kenneth W. Musselwhite, 50, Lewiston, criminal trespass on Oct. 11, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours at the county jail.

Paul Myrand, 41, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating condition of release on Nov. 11, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 and sentenced to 10 days at the county jail on first charge; sentence to 10 days at the county jail on second charge; also charged with violating condition of release on March 15, found guilty, sentenced to seven days at the county jail.

Sarah Nelson, 21, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Mark Nicholson, 50, Lewiston, assault on Feb. 19, found guilty, fined $300.

Brent L. Niskanen, 25, Mechanic Falls, three counts of furnishing liquor to a minor on Nov. 28, all charges dismissed; also charged with disorderly conduct on Jan. 21, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours at the county jail; and violating condition of release on March 8, found guilty, sentenced to five days at the county jail.

Nor, 41, Lewiston, violating condition of release, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked, and failure to provide a correct name, address or date of birth on Sept. 26, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to two days at the county jail on first charge; fined $600, sentenced to four days at the county jail and license suspended 90 days on second charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Jaime J. Olson, 29, Leeds, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Jan. 2, found guilty, fined $400.
