LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Christopher Denis, 32, Gorham, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Dec. 25, both charges dismissed.

Steven P. Dennis, 47, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Aug. 12, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to two days and license suspended 90 days.

Jason J. Desrochers, 30, Auburn, violating condition of release, operating while license suspended or revoked, and unlawful use of a license on March 8, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to two days on first charge; fined $250 on second charge; fined $50 on third charge.

James B. Desrosiers, 41, Bowdoin, stalking on May 14, 2005, dismissed.

James B. Desrosiers, 41, West Bath, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 18, dismissed.

Matthew M. Dill, 33, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 21, found guilty, fined $100.

James A. Dorr, 26, Lewiston, criminal trespass and criminal mischief on Jan. 18, found guilty on both charges, fined $150 on first charge; fined $75 and ordered to pay $75 restitution on second charge.

Lisa Marie Dostie, 45, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 21, found guilty, fined $600 and sentenced to four days.

Stephen C. Douglass, 20, Limington, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 14, found guilty, fined $250.

Maryanne Downey, 49, Mechanic Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 23, found guilty, fined $100.

Marlane Driggers, 50, Portland, operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on Nov. 7, 2003, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended; second charge dismissed.

Lisa Driscoll, 33, Auburn, disorderly conduct on Jan. 12, found guilty, fined $75.

Kimberly A. Drouin, 23, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to give a correct name, address or date of birth on Sept. 8, found guilty on both charges, fined $600 on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge.

Debra Dubois, 41, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Jan. 25, found guilty, fined $75.

Nicholas A. Dulac, 26, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 11, found guilty, fined $500.

Christopher J. Dumond, 21, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on March 17, found guilty, fined $400.

Normand A. Dumont Jr., 36, Biddeford, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 3, found guilty, fined $600.

Robert A. Dunlop, 19, Lewiston, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 11, fined $300 by default.

Jerry L. Dunn, 49, Auburn, operating under the influence on Jan. 23, sent to jury trial.

David R. Duprey, 48, Lewiston, violating a protective order on Dec. 27, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Brian G. Duquette, 34, Lewiston, obstructing public ways and disorderly conduct on Jan. 17, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to four days for each charge.

Ryan Michael Duquette, 21, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 28, found guilty, fined $500.

James S. Dustin, 47, Auburn, operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on Dec. 9, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to two days and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Robert L. Earls, 45, Poland, passing a stopped school bus on Oct. 27, found guilty, fined $250 with all but $150 suspended.

Andrew Valdez Easter, 25, Raymond, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and possession of marijuana on Jan. 19, found guilty on first charge, fined $400; offense committed on second charge, fined $350.

Eric M. Edwards, 22, Auburn, operating under the influence and violation of condition of release on Nov. 16, and assault and violating condition of release on Nov. 24 and 25, all charges sent to jury trial.

Dale Eldridge, 32, New Gloucester, habitual motor vehicle offender on Jan. 7, found guilty, fined $500.

William D. Ellery, 75, Auburn, operating under the influence on Dec. 3, sent to jury trial.

Billie Jo Elliott, 33, Farmington, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 23, dismissed.

Robert K. Emerson, 22, Lewiston, habitual motor vehicle offender, attaching false plates and violating condition of release on March 5, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and sentenced to three days; second and third charges dismissed.

Anthony John Emery, 33, Casco, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 5, transferred to Superior Court.

Deryk E. Estes, 19, Auburn, assault on Feb. 7, sent to jury trial.

Nicholas S. Farris, 18, Greene, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Daniel Fecteau, 41, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with one prior, and operating a vehicle without a license on Jan. 27, both charges sent to jury trial.

Jessica L. Fecteau, 21, Auburn, operating under the influence on Jan. 20, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Michael P. Finazzo, 20, Livermore, operating without a license on Jan. 18, dismissed.

Jeffrey Fisher, 43, Auburn, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Jan. 21, found guilty, fined $500.

Eric Fitzpatrick, 32, Lewiston, violation of condition of release and two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on June 12, 2005, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Donald P. Fortier, 42, Lewiston, failure to produce a vehicle or return it to scene on Jan. 7, found guilty, fined $75.

David Fortin, 36, Leeds, probation violation on a Dec. 29 assault charge, sentenced to four days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Laurie A. Foss, 31, Lisbon Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 23, found guilty, fined $600.

Russell B. Foss Jr., 38, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 7, found guilty, fined $250.

Jason L. Fournier, 25, Lisbon, operating an ATV on land of another without permission on Nov. 24, found guilty, fined $100.

Kevin L. Fournier, 22, Lisbon, failure to timely register bear, deer, moose and/or turkey, and operating an ATV on land of another without permission on Nov. 24, both charges waived, fined $300 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Laurier R. Fournier, 54, Lisbon, false registration of deer on Nov. 25, waived, fined $300.
