LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Melissa M. Abbott, 24, Windsor, violating condition of release on March 17, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Jama Mohamed Abdalla, 23, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture of property on Oct. 14, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Farah A. Abdulle, 41, Portland, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on Dec. 10, found guilty, fined $75.

Antonio Abreu, 36, Lewiston, forgery on July 9, dismissed.

Peter L. Aiello, 19, Beverly, Mass., minor having false identification and possession of liquor by a minor on Oct. 1, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, ordered to serve 15 hours community service.

Trisha M. Alden, 25, Vernon, Conn., operating under the influence on Oct. 1, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Courtenay T. Allen, 20, Portland, criminal speed on Jan. 12, found guilty, fined $300.

Jason Allen, 23, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence on Nov. 27, dismissed.

John J. Allen, 42, Oxford, disorderly conduct, assault, and assault on an emergency medical care provider on Feb. 19, all charges permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Matthew W. Allen, 23, Auburn, operating while under suspension or revoked on Dec. 24, found guilty, fined $500.

Wayne P. Allen, 40, Lewiston, violating condition of release on March 18, found guilty, sentenced to seven days.

Max Apodaca IV, 20, Readfield, assault on Jan. 28, found guilty, fined $300.

Jessica L. Arbogast, 21, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 16, found guilty, fined $200.

Thomas A. Ashton, 50, Lewiston, criminal trespass on March 18, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Amanda Baldwin, 19, North Turner, assault on Nov. 23 and violating condition of release on Nov. 30, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge.

Paula J. Barry, 32, Abbington, Mass., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 27, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Paula J. Barry, 32, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 23, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Pepper E. Beal, 32, Lewiston, assault on May 20, unconditional discharge.

Jaclyn Beaton, 21, West Bath, disorderly conduct on Jan. 7, found guilty, fined $100.

John Beaulieu, 20, Lewiston, possession of liquor by a minor on Jan. 10, fined $200 by default.

Berniece D. Bedard, 30, Lewiston, barking dog on Jan. 2, offense committed, fined $35.

James E. Belk, 55, Waxhaw, N.C., operated by unqualified driver rule violation on Feb. 1, dismissed.

Kevin W. Bennett, 29, Auburn, operating under the influence on Dec. 14, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended 90 days.

Michael S. Bernhard, 42, Mechanic Falls, violating condition of release on March 7, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Michelle Berube, 28, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 21, dismissed.

Liban A. Beynah, 25, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Jan. 11, found guilty, fined $400 and sentenced to two days.

Joshua M. Black, 25, Lewiston, criminal speed on Feb. 26, found guilty, fined $300.

Stephen M. Black, 37, Wales, assault on March 10, found guilty, fined $300 and sentenced to four days; also charged with disorderly conduct and violation of condition of release on March 18, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days for each charge.

Joshua D. Blackerby, 20, Poland, criminal trespass on Sept. 21, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours; also charged with operating a snowmobile under the influence while under 21, and failing to comply with duty to submit on Jan. 27, found guilty on first charge, fined $400; fined $200 on second charge by default.

Andrew L. Blais, 19, Buckfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 16, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Nicholas Blake, 22, Lisbon Falls, operating after registration suspended on Jan. 4, found guilty, fined $100; also charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Jan. 22, offense committed on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $350 on second charge.

Stacey Blickenstaff, 35, Auburn, criminal trespass on Feb. 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Zachery L. Blodgett, 20, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 2, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Kimberly A. Boothby, 34, Livermore, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 4, found guilty, fined $250.

Jason K. Boston, 19, Poland, terrorizing, violation of condition of release, and assault on Jan. 8, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges; fined $300 on second charge; fined $100 on third charge.

David Boucher, 31, Lewiston, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug on Nov. 19, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Joey Boudreaux, 45, Auburn, failure to register a vehicle on Jan. 8, found guilty, fined $75.

Joseph H. Bourassa Jr., 45, Minot, disorderly conduct and two counts of assault on Jan. 10, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second and third charges dismissed.

Craig R. Bourgoin, 22, Wales, violation of condition of release on March 10, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Valerie Bouthot, 36, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Dec. 10, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to four days and license suspended 90 days.

Aaron Bouyea, 22, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Nov. 24, filed, fined $50.

Warren E. Bowie, 53, Durham, exceeding the bag limit on deer on Nov. 26, dismissed.

Jeffery W. Boyce, 27, Auburn, driving to endanger on Jan. 20, found guilty, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Jennifer L. Briggs, 21, Lisbon Falls, assault on Dec. 4 and operating under the influence, with one prior, on Jan. 11, found guilty on both charges, fined $400 on first charge; fined $700, sentenced to seven days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended on second charge.

Jeannette M. Brosious, 39, Lewiston, assault on Feb. 4, found guilty, fined $300.

Jessica R. Brown, 28, Raymond, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Allen Bryer, 41, Mechanic Falls, unlawful use of a license on Dec. 31, found guilty, fined $75.

Jill A. Bryer, 33, Bryant Pond, probation violation on a April 28, 2001 negotiating a worthless instrument charge, no sentence imposed.

Justin Thompson Buchanan, 20, Tampa, Fla., transportation of liquor by minor on Feb. 17, offense committed, fined $100 and license suspended 30 days.

Jeska A. Burdin, 25, Guilford, disorderly conduct on Jan. 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Joseph M. Burg, 20, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Feb. 17, offense committed, fined $350.

Joshua A. Burgess, 19, Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 7, found guilty, fined $250.

Nicholas Burney, 20, Auburn, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 5, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Mary V. Burns, 21, Portland, violation of a protective order from harassment on Feb. 23, found guilty, fined $100.

Joshua Buteau, 19, Auburn, two counts of assault on March 19, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 and sentenced to two days on first charge; fined $300 with all suspended on second charge.

Eric M. Butler, 32, Auburn, assault on Jan. 28, dismissed.

William L. Carlile, 50, Hartford, failure to register a vehicle on Feb. 22, found guilty, fined $75.

Scott Carlton, 35, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on March 20, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge.

Elizabeth Caron, 18, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 1, found guilty, fined $250.

Kevin M. Caron, 44, Lewiston, violating a protective order on Jan. 20, found guilty, fined $100.

Jessica M. Carter, 20, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating condition of release on March 29, found guilty on both charges, fined $400 on first charge; sentenced to two days on second charge.

Daniel Cash Jr., 29, Lewiston, probation violation on a Jan. 28 assault charge, sentenced to 80 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Jacob A. Casper, 20, Lewiston, failure to register a vehicle on Jan. 15, waived, fined $100.

Amanda Charest, 19, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 11, found guilty, fined $250.

Brian Charest, 29, Auburn, operating a vehicle without a license on Nov. 10, filed, fined $100.

Malcolm Charlton, 43, Lewiston, assault on Jan. 4 and violating condition of release on March 14, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 14 days; second charge dismissed.

Andrew S. Chickering, 19, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 30, found guilty, fined $250.

Norman G. Child Sr., 53, Lewiston, assault on June 22, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days with all but five days suspended and one year probation.
