LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Nathan E. Turcotte, 21, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on April 8, found guilty, fined $200.

Tammy Turcotte, 25, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 17, dismissed.

Laurie A. Turmenne, 32, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Dec. 28, found guilty, fined $100 and ordered to pay $100 restitution.

Mary Jo Valeriani, 32, Auburn, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture of property on Dec. 27, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Vanessa R. Vermette, 19, Lewiston, assault and violating condition of release on Feb. 25, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge.

Mikel David Verrill, 23, Lisbon Falls, allowing a dog to be at large and dangerous dog complaint violation on Dec. 16, fined $35 by default on first charge and ordered to muzzle dog on second charge.

Katie M. Viles, 18, Greene, giving false information of a motor vehicle accident on Dec. 8, found guilty, fined $75.

Heidi Vining, 34, Mechanic Falls, allowing a student to be habitually truant on Nov. 29, offense committed, fined $400.

Tracie Jean Vye, 32, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and failure to register a vehicle on Nov. 26, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Doug Wade, 39, Mexico, unlawful sexual touching on Dec. 2, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Gwendolyn J. Ward, 35, Dixfield, theft of services on June 30, dismissed.

David Washburn, 40, Auburn, three counts of assault on Jan. 5, all charges sent to jury trial.

Christopher J. Watson, 32, Lisbon, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on Sept. 10, both charges dismissed.

William J. Watson, 32, Bailey Island, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating after registration suspended on Dec. 5, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Kevin Webber, 23, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 3, found guilty, fined $250.

Charles Webster, 34, criminal speed on Oct. 30, dismissed.

Elaine J. Wentworth, 39, Auburn, assault on Dec. 25, found guilty, fined $300.

Adam C. West, 23, Auburn, operating under the influence on Sept. 11, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to seven days and license suspended 18 months.

Christopher West, 33, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on Dec. 11, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 on first charge; fined $50 with all suspended on second charge.

Lindsay Whittier, 21, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Jan. 11, found guilty, fined $75.

Michael R. Willett, 31, Wilton, operating under the influence on Nov. 23, sent to jury trial.

Daphnie S. Williams, 25, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Jan. 26, found guilty, sentenced to five days.

Kenneth Williams, 48, Sabattus, violating condition of release on May 4, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

David J. Wilson, 56, Oxford, operating after license suspension on Aug. 11, 2004, found guilty, fined $250.

Shawn D. Wilson, 26, Lewiston, operating under the influence and habitual motor vehicle offender on Nov. 29, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $500 and sentenced to 10 days on second charge; also charged with disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Dec. 9, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Courtney D. Wing, 32, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on June 26, dismissed.

Nicole M. Winter, 26, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence on Sept. 12, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Steven F. Witham Jr., 37, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Feb. 15, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Crystal Lee Wood, 26, Auburn, violating condition of release on Sept. 15, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Brian A. Woodbury, 25, Lewiston, criminal mischief and violating condition of release on Jan. 30, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to five days and ordered to pay $28 restitution on first charge; sentenced to five days on second charge.

David Allen Woodford Jr., 32, Paris, disorderly conduct on March 22, 2000, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days; also charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates, operating after suspension and procuring liquor for a minor on May 29, 2000, all charges dismissed; also charged with negotiating a worthless instrument on May 12, 2001, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days and ordered to pay $350 restitution; procuring liquor for a minor on June 18, 2001, dismissed; two counts of allowing a minor to possess liquor on June 25, 2001, both charges dismissed; negotiating a worthless instrument on July 1, 2001, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days and ordered to pay $1,080 restitution; and allowing a minor to possess liquor on July 3, 2001, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days.

Gerald L. Woods Sr., 32, Auburn, violating condition of release and two counts of aggravated trafficking of a schedule W drug on Dec. 27, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Stephen Richard Wrentzel, 43, Auburn, criminal speed on Sept. 5, dismissed.

Adam Wysocki, 29, Greene, negotiating a worthless instrument on Sept. 5, found guilty, fined $75.

Matthew R. Young, 19, Lewiston, criminal threatening and criminal mischief on Jan. 8, both charges sent to jury trial.
