LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Jerry J. Larrivee, 42, Auburn, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 18, found guilty, fined $100.

Terry L. Lavoie, 20, Lewiston, probation violation on a Oct. 5 assault charge, sentenced to two days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Ronald Lawlor, 28, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 16, found guilty, fined $100.

Samantha L. Leavitt, 28, Lewiston, negotiating a worthless instrument on Oct. 19, found guilty, fined $75 and ordered to pay $30.49 restitution.

Randy G. Leblond, 26, Lewiston, obstructing the report of a crime on Jan. 14, found guilty, fined $100.

Chad Lebourdais, 28, Greene, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to give a correct name, address or date of birth on Nov. 27, both charges sent to jury trial.

Richard R. Leclair, 25, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Nov. 6, found guilty, fined $75.

Roger A. Leclair, 53, Oxford, attaching false plates on Dec. 26, found guilty, fined $75.

Doris Ledoux, 48, Lewiston, hindering apprehension or prosecution on Dec. 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Catherine Lelansky, 49, Turner, failure to register a vehicle on Jan. 9, found guilty, fined $100.

Brian R. Lemay, 31, Sabattus, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 21, loaded firearm in a motor vehicle on July 2, and operating while license suspended on Aug. 21, found guilty on all charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge; fined $250 on third charge.

Christopher D. Lemieux, 20, Auburn, possession of marijuana on Dec. 21, offense committed, fined $350.

Samantha L. Leonard, 26, Lewiston, operating under the influence on July 27, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Dustin J. Lessard, 25, Auburn, assault on June 25, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Laurence Lessard, 67, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 14, found guilty, fined $75.

Pauline Lessard, 45, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 20, 2004, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Jeremy Lester, 36, Raymond, operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 2, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to seven days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended; second charge dismissed.

Michael R. Levesque, 25, Minot, probation violation on a Dec. 20, 2004 assault charge, sentenced to 20 days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Xiao Li, 35, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 14, found guilty, fined $75.

Linda Libby, 47, Hartford, theft of services on June 9, dismissed.

George A. Lilley, 45, Turner, habitual motor vehicle offender and attaching false plates on Oct. 31, both charges dismissed.

Roger A. Lizotte, 34, Lewiston, attaching false plates and operating after registration suspended on Dec. 10, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Chad A. Logan, 21, Brunswick, criminal trespass and criminal mischief on Feb. 6, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 and sentenced to one day on first charge; sentenced to one day and ordered to pay $2,000 on second charge.

Randall S. Loring, 40, Lewiston, criminal threatening on Dec. 2, found guilty, fined $100.

Klanel Louis, 26, Brooklyn, N.Y., aggravated trafficking of a schedule W drug on Dec. 8, transferred to Superior Court.

Brett W. Lovejoy, 19, Lewiston, burglary on Nov. 25, transferred to Superior Court.

Adam Lupienski, 47, Sabattus, operating under the influence on Nov. 8, sent to jury trial.

Bobbie Jo Lyons, 33, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Feb. 24, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Brenda Lee MacDonald, 24, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 20, found guilty, fined $250.

Gary B. Mace, 52, Sabattus, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on June 25, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Tori Maclean, 31, Lewiston, criminal trespass on Nov. 13, found guilty, fined $50.

Mustafa G. Mahmoud, 51, Lewiston, criminal threatening on Jan. 3, sent to jury trial.

Andrew L. Maillet, 27, Sabattus, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 23, fined $300 by default.

Jose Angel Maldonado, 31, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 13, disorderly conduct on June 15, and criminal trespass on July 12, found guilty on all charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $75 for each on second and third charges.

Alicia Marando, 24, Mechanic Falls, attaching false plates on Dec. 19, found guilty, fined $75.

Matthew Marcinuk, 32, Poland, criminal speed on Dec. 25, found guilty, fined $300.

Tad A. Martens, 27, South Paris, disorderly conduct on May 20, found guilty, fined $150.

Nicholas Martin, 22, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Dec. 17, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Alan Scott Mason Jr., 28, Gilead, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 3, transferred to Superior Court.

Candin M. Massey, 24, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 24, found guilty, fined $250.

Michael McKenna, 26, Auburn, failing to make an oral or written accident report on May 20, found guilty, fined $100.

Robert Merandes, 25, Poland, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 25, found guilty, fined $250.

Kurtis Merchant, 18, Poland, transportation of drugs by a minor on Oct. 29, dismissed.

James R. Mercier, 36, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of a license on Dec. 20, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $75.

Sarah Merrill, 19, Oxford, permitting unlawful use on Nov. 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Tina M. Merritt, 35, Auburn, assault on Jan. 5, sent to jury trial.

Michael D. Metzger, 39, Livermore Falls, assault on Jan. 8, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Frederick L. Mitchell III, 21, Lewiston, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct on Dec. 24, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.
