LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Timothy S. Robbins, 19, Hebron, criminal mischief and operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 23, found guilty on first charge, ordered to pay $473.81 restitution; second charge dismissed; also charged with operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 24, found guilty on both charges, fined $700, sentenced to seven days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended on first charge; fined $250 with all suspended on second charge.

Daniel P. Robert, 24, Auburn, violating condition of release on Dec. 20, found guilty, fined $100.

Brian Robinson, 47, Auburn, peddling without a license or permit on Aug. 17, offense committed, fined $250.

Thomas E. Robinson, 22, Jay, operating under the influence and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Jan. 8, both charges sent to jury trial.

Renee E. Robitaille, 21, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Nov. 8, offense committed, fined $350.

Jose Antonio Matos Rodriguez, 41, Miami, Fla., operation out of service rule violation and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Dec. 2, both charges sent to jury trial.

Justin C. Rouille, 18, Lewiston, assault on Nov. 4 and possession of liquor by a minor on Dec. 8, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Gregory A. Roy, 41, Lewiston, attaching false plates on Dec. 28, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael Roy, 61, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 19, sent to jury trial.

Joseph Chad Ruest, 21, Poland, violating condition of release on Dec. 28, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Arlene Salley, 42, Livermore Falls, assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, disorderly conduct, and obstructing government administration on Dec. 16, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $75 for each charge; fourth charge dismissed.

Jimmy L. Salley, 20, Livermore Falls, assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and disorderly conduct on Dec. 16, found guilty on all charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $75 for each on second and third charges.

Amanda B. Samson, 21, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Daryan B. Saunders, 30, Auburn, assault and terrorizing on Dec. 9, both charges sent to jury trial.

Jarrod J. Saunders, 27, Lewiston, creating a police standoff on April 24, offense committed, ordered to pay $500 restitution.

Tammy L. Savage, 26, Auburn, assault on Dec. 28, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all but two days suspended and one year probation.

Gardner Scanlon, 54, Lewiston, unlawfully permitting operation of an ATV on Dec. 24, offense committed, fined $100.

Scott L. Scanlon, 26, Lewiston, operating an ATV on land of another without permission and operating an unregistered ATV on Dec. 24, offense committed on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $250 with all suspended on second charge.

Sheila A. Scanlon, 48, Jay, negotiating a worthless instrument on Sept. 13, found guilty, fined $75 and ordered to pay $950 restitution.

Jennifer G. Schidzig, 21, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Dec. 29, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Erin Schneider, 25, Biddeford, disorderly conduct on Nov. 20, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Delane R. Schrader, 34, Lisbon, cruelty to animals, two counts of keeping an unlicensed dog, and four counts of violating chapter 721 title 7 on Dec. 8, fined $300 by default on first charge; second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh charges dismissed.

Kenneth P. Scribner Jr., 31, Lisbon, operating after registration suspended on Nov. 2, found guilty, fined $100.

Edmund Seeley, 43, Lewiston, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and two counts of violating condition of release on Oct. 2, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Jennifer J. Sibley, 26, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on Oct. 20, dismissed.

Peter J. Skaltsis, 37, Lewiston, assault and disorderly conduct on Oct. 17, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $75 and ordered to pay $149 restitution.

Bryan Pinard Smith, 24, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 25, found guilty, fined $500.

Dennis Smith, 59, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Oct. 24, found guilty, fined $75.

George M. Smith, 41, Auburn, possession of marijuana on Nov. 21, offense committed, fined $350.

Jason Smith, 24, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 30, found guilty, fined $250.

Moses H. Smith, 29, Lewiston, probation violation on a March 16 assault charge, sentenced to 45 days and probation revoked.

Wayne F. Soares, 48, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Oct. 30, transferred to Superior Court.

Daniel Sonnenfeld, 26, South Paris, operating under the influence on Dec. 15, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to four days and license suspended 90 days.

Kim Spaulding, 34, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 16, found guilty, fined $100.

Justin Spencer, 27, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Dec. 4, found guilty, fined $75.

Richard I. Spencer, 43, Leeds, assault and criminal mischief on Sept. 23, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second charge dismissed.

Mollie E. St. Pierre, 22, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 16, found guilty, fined $100.

Errol F. Staples, 21, Brunswick, violating condition of release and failing to provide a correct name, address or date of birth on July 29, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 48 hours; second charge dismissed.

Heather M. Steele, 22, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Oct. 20, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Hope M. Stenson, 38, Farmington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 16, found guilty, fined $100 and ordered to pay $33.02 restitution.

Jason S. Stevens, 21, Boothbay Harbor, operating under the influence on June 11, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Amy Stover, 27, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 30, found guilty, fined $300.

Donald P. Sturgis, 38, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Dec. 10, sent to jury trial.

David Taylor, 43, Auburn, creating a police standoff on Dec. 22, dismissed.

Fred Taylor III, 36, Auburn, criminal mischief and three counts of criminal threatening on Oct. 13, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third and fourth charges, fined $75 and ordered to pay $75 restitution on third charge; fined $75 on fourth charge.

Timothy N. Taylor, 23, Brunswick, operating under the influence on Aug. 27, found guilty, fined $600 and license suspended 90 days.

Norman J. Tessier, 44, Lewiston, probation violation on a Oct. 17 assault charge, sentenced to 270 days and probation revoked.

Steve Theard, 22, Brooklyn, N.Y., aggravated trafficking of a schedule W drug on Dec. 8, transferred to Superior Court.

Margaret A. Thomas, 19, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Steven Thomas, 30, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Dec. 3, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Stephanie L. Thompson, 23, Lisbon Falls, operating after registration suspended on Oct. 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Anthony Tibbetts, 26, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief, and stealing drugs on Feb. 27, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 10 days for each charge.

Ericka M. Tidmore, 26, Livermore, operating a vehicle without a license on Dec. 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Amy R. Tremblay, 21, Sumner, failure to register a vehicle on Jan. 6, found guilty, fined $75.

Kelly J. Trenoweth, 26, Wilton, theft by unauthorized use of property on Oct. 1, sent to jury trial.

Ricardo Trevino, 45, Lewiston, operating under the influence, operating a vehicle without a license and refusing to sign a criminal summons on Nov. 25, found guilty on all charges, fined $600, sentenced to four days and license suspended on first charge; fined $100 with all suspended on second charge; fined $75 with all suspended on third charge.

Brittany L. Tucker, 19, Durham, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 6, found guilty, fined $250.
