LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Brandon W. Powell, illegal transportation of drugs by a minor and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 18, offense committed on first charge; fined $100 and license suspended 30 days; second charge dismissed.

Timothy Powers, 25, Auburn, operating after registration suspended on Dec. 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Jonathan M. Preo, 29, Hartford, operating under the influence, refusing to sign a criminal summons, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 12, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended; second and third charges dismissed.

Robert Proctor, 22, Lisbon, disorderly conduct on Dec. 9, found guilty, fined $100.

Jeremiah C. Pynchon, 26, Lisbon, possession of marijuana on Dec. 22, offense committed, fined $350.

Kelly A. Quinn, 40, Turner, failure to register a vehicle on Oct. 16, found guilty, fined $75.

Michelle Lorraine Ramirez, 27, Auburn, operating after registration suspended and failing to make an oral or written accident report on Oct. 23, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $75.

Michael Raymond Rancourt, 24, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Feb. 26, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Gary J. Randall, 46, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 24, found guilty, fined $200.

Tarik Vincent Rankins, 26, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Aug. 24, transferred to Superior Court.

Clarence B. Rawding, 47, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Feb. 7, found guilty, sentenced to five days.

Jennifer M. Redmond, 31, Lewiston, assault on April 7, filed, fined $300.

Michael Rego, 38, Fall River, Mass., operating with false duty rule violation on Oct. 6, found guilty, fined $500.

Christian Reilly, 18, Auburn, permitting unlawful use on July 24, found guilty, fined $100.

Matthew Reynolds, 21, Auburn, possession of marijuana on Dec. 22, fined $350 by default.

Daniel J. Ringuette, 52, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 28, found guilty, fined $100.

Jonathan W. Rivard, 31, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Oct. 29, sent to jury trial.
