LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Michael D. Mondor, 27, Lewiston, obstructing public ways on July 15, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 27, and operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 24, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 24 hours; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $500, sentenced to two days and license suspended 90 days; fourth charge dismissed.

Jane E. Moore, 46, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Dec. 17, found guilty, fined $75.

Hector Morales, 26, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Feb. 11, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Brian P. Moran, 19, Lewiston, possession of liquor by a minor on Dec. 3, offense committed, fined $200.

Mason Morgan, 29, Brunswick, operating after registration suspended on Dec. 11, dismissed.

Brandon C. Morin, 19, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Oct. 28, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days.

Brian Allan Morin, 22, Lewiston, failing to comply with sex offender registration act on Dec. 2, found guilty, fined $500.

Lawrence A. Morin Jr., 37, Sabattus, assault on Jan. 7, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 364 days with all but 30 days suspended and two years probation.

Casie J. Morris, 25, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Feb. 25, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Richard I. Morse, 45, Livermore, assault on Nov. 6, found guilty, fined $300.

Michael Murphy, 50, Poland Spring, operating under the influence on Dec. 30, sent to jury trial.

Paul Myrand, 41, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Jan. 31, found guilty, sentenced to five days.

Jonathan Nagy, 24, Greene, possession of marijuana on Sept. 21, dismissed.

Ryan O’Hara, 22, Carnel, N.Y., operating under the influence and operating after license suspended on Nov. 12, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 on first charge; fined $250 on second charge.

Hector M. Ocasio, 30, Hiram, operating after registration suspended on Nov. 10, found guilty, fined $100.

Cynthia R. Oliver, 42, Livermore, two counts of criminal mischief on Aug. 25, both charges dismissed.

Aysa Ortiz, 24, Auburn, endangering the welfare of a child on Dec. 7, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Daniel Albert Ouellette, 42, Lewiston, two counts of furnishing liquor to a minor on Feb. 6, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days for each charge.

Terrill Parker Jr., 34, Norway, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 20, found guilty, fined $100.

Parker E. Parsons Jr., 42, Poland, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Oct. 18, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Justin Bryan Passalaqua, 28, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Feb. 4, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Leon Devon Payne, 22, Brooklyn, N.Y., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture or property on Nov. 21, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Aaron L. Pelletier, 37, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 28, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days with 35 days suspended and two years probation.

John E. Pelletier, 39, Auburn, operating a vehicle without a license on Oct. 7, found guilty, fined $100.

Matthew D. Pelletier, 20, Lewiston, carrying a concealed weapon on Dec. 3, found guilty, fined $150.

David W. Pepin, 34, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Nov. 12, dismissed.

Kevin J. Perry, 50, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence on Dec. 28, sent to jury trial.

Roland J. Peters, 49, Sabattus, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 1, filed, fined $50.

Aric Pickens, 28, Livermore Falls, hunting without a valid license on Oct. 4, filed, fined $100.

Derek W. Pike, 20, Orono, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 8, found guilty, fined $100.

Matthew D. Piper, 35, Auburn, criminal mischief, terrorizing, reckless violation of a protective order and two counts of assault on Sept. 14, 2004, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 30 days; second, third, fourth and fifth charges dismissed.

Derek Pleau, 21, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Dec. 1, offense committed, fined $350.

Brian S. Plourde Sr., 32, Sabattus, attaching false plates on Aug. 16, found guilty, fined $75.

Roland G. Poirier, 64, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Oct. 29, sent to jury trial.

Gerald David Pollock, 35, Auburn, negotiating a worthless instrument on July 7, transferred to Superior Court.

Autumn Poulin, 19, Turner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 8, found guilty, fined $100.

John Poulin, 21, Lewiston, criminal simulation and operating a vehicle without a license on Feb. 20, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 24 hours for each charge.

Brandon W. Powell, 20, Lisbon Falls, operating after registration suspended on Dec. 18, found guilty, fined $100.
