LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Stephen M. Gross, 35, Payson, Ariz., failing to register a vehicle on Feb. 14, 1998, found guilty, fined $100.

Ahmed Guled, 71, Lewiston, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on Dec. 23, found guilty, fined $75.

Matthew Gurschick, 24, Auburn, assault on Nov. 18, found guilty, fined $300.

Lee C. Guy Jr., 21, Auburn, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 10, offense committed, fined $300.

Eric Hafford, 25, Poland, assault and disorderly conduct on Jan. 10, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 30 days.

Dean R. Hall, 38, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 7, filed, fined $50.

Nicholas Hall, 18, Lewiston, possession of liquor by a minor on Dec. 3, offense committed, fined $200.

Corey Donald Hamel, 25, Mechanic Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 1, dismissed.

Mary Hammond, 34, Auburn, assault on Oct. 16, found guilty, fined $300.

Danielle M. Harlow, 19, Avon Park, Fla., sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 10, fined $300 by default.

Christopher R. Harmon, 46, Auburn, terrorizing on Nov. 5, transferred to Superior Court.

Joshua S. Harmon, 21, Auburn, violating condition of release, criminal mischief, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 30, and violating condition of release on Feb. 6, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 30 days for each charge.

Kevin Harmon, 44, Auburn, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 29, offense committed, fined $300.

Todd E. Hartford, 27, Sabattus, possession of marijuana on Oct. 20, filed, fined $350.

John Hayes, 35, Lewiston, causing telephone calls to 911 and violating condition of release on Feb. 12, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to five days for each charge.

Jonathan Hazelton, 24, Auburn, assault on Sept. 12, found guilty, fined $300.

Matthew E. Hazen, 33, Fayette, operating after registration suspended on Nov. 8, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael L. Heikkinen, 36, Paris, operating after habitual offender revocation on Oct. 22, transferred to Superior Court.

Stacey M. Heikkinen, 32, Norway, permitting unlawful use on Oct. 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael A. Henderson Jr., 18, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Oct. 13, found guilty, fined $100 and ordered to pay $200 restitution.

Scott M. Henson, 32, Auburn, failure to make an accident within 48 hours on May 5, 2003, found guilty, fined $75; also charged with theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property and violating condition of release on Feb. 1, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 and ordered to pay $50 restitution on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge.

Howard N. Hernandez, 19, Lewiston, assault on Jan. 7, found guilty, fined $300 and sentenced to two days.

Justin M. Heywood, 23, Auburn, failure to register a vehicle on Dec. 21, found guilty, fined $75.

Corey A. Hinkley, 18, Auburn, criminal mischief on Dec. 12, found guilty, fined $100.

Stephen J. Hiscock, 19, Auburn, assault on Nov. 4, found guilty, fined $300.

Clae Holm, 22, Lewiston, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Jan. 3, offense committed on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $350 on second charge.

Kevin C. Hood, 30, Freeport, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on Feb. 10, both charges sent to jury trial.

Christopher M. Hopkins, 24, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on May 26, transferred to Superior Court.

Sherri Ann Howes, 30, Auburn, assault on Dec. 3, sent to jury trial.

James M. Hudson, 59, Turner, operating under the influence on Dec. 16, sent to jury trial.

Steven Hunt, 33, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Dec. 16, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Hussein Hussein, 20, Lewiston, failing to stop and/or provide information on Dec. 20, found guilty, fined $75.

Ammie Hussey, 20, Durham, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 25, found guilty, fined $250.

Eric M. Hutchins Jr., 21, Lewiston, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 25, fined $350 by default on first charge; fined $300 by default on second charge.

Mohamed Isaack, 35, Phoenix, Ariz., displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on Dec. 4, found guilty, fined $75.

Joshua E. Jarvis, 24, Auburn, criminal speed on Oct. 29, dismissed.

Jonathan W. Jenkins, 20, Queens, N.Y., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture of property on Nov. 21, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Paul Allen Jenkins, 24, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Feb. 24, found guilty, sentenced to seven days.

Jason N. Jennings, 27, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on Feb. 25, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to three days for each charge.

Alan J. Johnson, 42, Gorham, carrying a concealed weapon on Dec. 2, found guilty, fined $100.

Constance A. Johnson, 18, Norway, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 5, found guilty, ordered to 10 hours community service.

Kelvin Jones, 32, Poland, assault on Oct. 24, dismissed.

Jeffrey P. Jordan, 22, Lewiston, two counts of assault on Dec. 26, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to 180 days with all but three days suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Bradley Keeney, 35, Fayetteville, Ariz., failing to register a vehicle and operating after suspension on March 11, 1998, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $150 on second charge.

Krystle E. Kelly, 22, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on Nov. 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Richard A. Kendall, 39, Auburn, disorderly conduct on Dec. 17, found guilty, fined $150.

Derek P. Kendrick, 21, Lewiston, assault, terrorizing, and obstructing the report of an injury on Dec. 23, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and two years probation; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $100.

Paula S. Ketch, 42, Auburn, operating under the influence on Dec. 18, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Christopher J. Kidder, 22, Sullivan, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 25, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Christopher D. Kilfoil, 25, South Portland, operating after registration suspended and failing to return motor vehicle documents on Dec. 5, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed.

Tommy J. Kimbel, 20, Lisbon Falls, possession of marijuana on Dec. 18, offense committed, fined $350.

Ricky Carle Kimbrough Jr., 23, Vassalboro, operating after license suspension on Aug. 19, dismissed.

Lonny J. King, 39, Weld, duty status not current rule violation on Jan. 12, found guilty, fined $250.

Rick E. King, 33, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Dec. 12, sent to jury trial.

Robert H. Labrie, 35, Minot, operation of a defective vehicle on Aug. 29 and permitting unlawful use on Oct. 3, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 24 hours for each charge; also charged with burglary on Jan. 11 and Jan. 16, and theft by unauthorized taking on Jan. 9, 11, 13, 16 and 23, all charges permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Boyd H. Ladd II, 25, Wilton, operating after registration suspended on Dec. 2, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael J. Lagasse, 36, Lewiston, assault on Feb. 6, found guilty, fined $300 and sentenced to 10 days.

Daniel R. Lahey, 34, Greene, assault on June 24, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Antasha Lamb, 25, Lewiston, criminal trespass and criminal mischief on Nov. 21, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to four days on first charge; sentenced to four days and ordered to pay $300 restitution on second charge.

Johnny Lane, 27, Peru, carrying a concealed weapon on Dec. 9, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Johnny Lane, 27, Mexico, possession of marijuana on Dec. 9, offense committed, fined $350.

Eric M. Laro, 34, Lewiston, passing a stopped school bus on Sept. 27, dismissed.
