LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Ashlie Crane, 18, Poland, giving false information of motor vehicle accident on Nov. 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael G. Cunneen Sr., 38, Mechanic Falls, assault on Dec. 2, sent to jury trial.

Christopher S. Cunningham, 18, Lisbon Falls, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on Nov. 22, found guilty, fined $75.

Anthony Cyr, 18, Gardiner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 5, 1997, found guilty, fined $200.

Janet C. Dagneau, 45, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Oct. 24, filed, fined $150.

Donald J. Daigle Jr., 37, Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 11, waived, fined $250.

Larry Dailey Jr., 24, Minot, assault on Feb. 6 and violating condition of release on Feb. 7, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; sentenced to two days on second charge.

Dequ A. Dalla, 30, Lewiston, attaching false plates on Nov. 30, found guilty, fined $75.

Gabriel Damour, 21, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Dec. 4, found guilty, fined $75 and ordered to pay $570.15 restitution.

Timothy S. Danse, 22, Lisbon, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Nov. 26, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two days for each charge.

Ebin Hall Davis, 24, Porter, attaching false plates on April 8, found guilty, fined $75.

Sheila Lynn Davis, 31, Sabattus, operating after registration suspended on Dec. 22, dismissed.

Christopher A. Day, 29, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Feb. 6, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Wayne K. Dennison II, 31, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 20, sent to jury trial.

Phillip M. Deschaines, 28, Auburn, operating under the influence on Oct. 27, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to two days and license suspended 90 days.

Daniel Desrosiers, 26, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating a vehicle without a license or condition restricted on Aug. 27, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

James B. Desrosiers, 41, West Bath, operation of a defective vehicle and violating condition of release on Feb. 16, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 24 hours; second charge dismissed.

Matthew Desrosiers, 26, Auburn, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on Jan. 3, fined $300 on first charge; fined $350 on second charge.

Anthony Destefano, 32, Minot, assault on Jan. 19, found guilty, fined $300.

Roger G. Dick, 54, Sabattus, assault and disorderly conduct on Dec. 6, found guilty on both charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Anthony A. Dipierro, 25, Lewiston, violating a protective order on Oct. 31, dismissed.

Lauren M. Discher, 18, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 24, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days, with all but two days suspended and one-year probation.

Christina Dodge, 36, Lewiston, engaging in prostitution on Oct. 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Alfred Donnell, 53, Lewiston, harassment on Oct. 27, dismissed.

Walter A. Donnell, 37, Leeds, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury on Dec. 23, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on fist charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Christopher Douglas, 33, Lewiston, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 23, fined $300 by default.

Nicholas A. Douglas, 19, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Nov. 26, offense committed, fined $350.

Scott A. Dow, 40, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence on Dec. 24, sent to jury trial.

Louis R. Doyon, 22, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 12, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 90 days, with all suspended and one-year probation.

Joellynn Drake, 24, Livermore Falls, operating after registration suspended on Dec. 15, found guilty, fined $100.

Malinda M. Dube, 23, Lewiston, operating after license suspended or revoked on Dec. 6, sent to jury trial.

Michael Dube, 51, Greene, theft by unauthorized use of property on Dec. 5, sent to jury trial.

Ronald F. Dube, 30, Brunswick, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Natasha L. Dubois, 19, Oxford, possession of liquor by a minor on Nov. 8, offense committed, fined $200.

Caleb Michael Duchesneau, 22, Lewiston, probation violation on a Oct. 6 assault charge, sentenced to 118 days and probation revoked.

Philip Aldeo Dumond, 26, Poland, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 18, found guilty, fined $600.

Erwin W. Dunham, 26, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 7, 2003, dismissed.

Robert A. Dunlop, 19, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 5, found guilty, fined $100.

Michelle Dupree, 36, Litchfield, possession of marijuana on Dec. 21, offense committed, fined $350, also charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, unlawful use of a license and violating condition of release on Jan. 8, all charges sent to jury trial.

Stephanie G. Dustin, 27, Lewiston, habitual motor vehicle offender on Dec. 17, found guilty, fined $500.

Marty J. Duval, 35, Auburn, attaching false plates on Jan. 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Donald D. Dyer, 39, Lewiston, assault on Jan. 30, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 90 days, with all suspended and one-year probation.

Dorothy J. Edmands, 36, Auburn, harassment by telephone on Jan. 19, dismissed.

Anita M. Edwards, 43, Chatham, N.H., unlawfully permitting operation of an ATV on Jan. 11, offense committed, fined $100.

Jenny L. Edwards, 55, Poland, failure to register a vehicle on Dec. 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Dale Eldridge, 32, New Gloucester, habitual motor vehicle offender, attaching false plates, and failure to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury on Nov. 26, found guilty on all charges, fined $500 and sentenced to two days on first charge; fined $75 for each on second and third charges.

Keith T. Emert, 33, Fulton, N.Y., operation with false duty rule violation on Sept. 27, found guilty, fined $500.

Scott M. Ferguson, 20, Topsham, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 4, dismissed.

Michael C. Ferris, 29, Canton, failure to register a vehicle on Oct. 27, found guilty, fined $75.

James A. Foley, 35, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 3, found guilty, fined $600.

Brittney J. Footman, 18, Otisfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 13, found guilty, fined $200.

Patrick R. Fortine, 26, Auburn, disorderly conduct on July 18, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Darren J. Fournier, 36, Jay, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 8, found guilty on both charges, fined $700, sentenced to 90 days with all but 12 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended on first charge; fined $500 on second charge.

Andrew Franco, 28, Worcester, Mass., fugitive from justice on Feb. 6, dismissed.

Peter Frazier, 30, Lisbon, operating after registration suspended on Nov. 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Jessica D. French, 34, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 8, dismissed.

Edward A. Freve, 27, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 26, found guilty, fined $150 and ordered to pay $115.

Marylou Frisco, 29, Gorham, failure to give correct name, address or date of birth, attaching false plates, and displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on Feb. 17, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 24 hours for each charge; third charge dismissed.

Daniel Gagne, 43, Augusta, operating under the influence on Nov. 12, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended 18 months.

Linda Y. Gagne, 41, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 1, dismissed.

Joshua Gagnon, 18, Lewiston, failure to register a vehicle on Dec. 18, found guilty, fined $75.

Ryan A. Gamache, 20, Auburn, violating condition of release on Feb. 25, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Bridgette Gervais, 27, Livermore Falls, theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property, violating condition of release and two counts of misuse of identification on Dec. 29, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 30 days; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 30 days; fourth charge dismissed.

John Giguere, 39, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 3, found guilty, fined $250.

Claudette D. Gilbert, 38, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 20, dismissed.

Michelle Cathy Gilbert, 34, Sabattus, assault on Jan. 8, found guilty, fined $300.

Esther L. Girardin, 26, Lewiston, failure to register a vehicle on Oct. 29, found guilty, fined $75.

Samatar Girre, 22, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Feb. 24, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Barry Glendenning, 42, Lewiston, violating a protective order on Feb. 10, sent to jury trial.

Jeffrey C. Gnoza, 42, Georgetown, Mass., operating while license suspended or revoked on June 4, dismissed.

Nadine M. Gonzalez, 21, Sabattus, disorderly conduct on Oct. 22, dismissed.

Donald W. Gora, 34, Minot, assault on Sept. 30, dismissed.

Alicia A. Gowell, 19, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 21, found guilty, fined $250.

David Goyette, 19, Auburn, aggravated cultivating of marijuana and two counts of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on Nov. 26, and aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on Dec. 5, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Mark A. Grant, 39, Litchfield, operating after habitual offender revocation on Nov. 11, transferred to Superior Court.

Craig Greeley, 35, Jay, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 18, dismissed.

Ryan S. Green, 33, Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating after registration suspended on Dec. 15, found guilty on both charges, fined $600 and sentenced to seven days on first charge; fined $100 with $100 suspended.

Dennis Grenier, 27, Poland, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 25, fined $300 by default.

Nicholas Griebel, 19, Auburn, possession of marijuana on Dec. 13, offense committed, fined $350.

Gregory R. Grondin, 24, Lewiston, failure to register a vehicle on Dec. 10, found guilty, fined $75.

Stephen Gross, 35, Payson, Ariz., operating after suspension on Feb. 14, found guilty, fined $150.
