LEWISTON — The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Chad N. Tremblay, 20, Turner, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces-priors on April 11, by default, fined $350.

Donald Trent, 35, Lisbon, domestic violence assault on July 3, sent to jury trial.

Tine M. Tripp, 31, Oxford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 14, 2011, filed with cost.

Diane E. Trudeau, 46, Lisbon, attaching false plates on July 11, found guilty, fined $200.

Kaileb Turcotte, 23, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Joshua C. Valley, 37, Jay, operating under the influence-no test on Aug. 21, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to two days, license suspended 90 days.

Daniel Valsecchi, 23, Paris, violating condition of release, operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI on July 18, sent to jury trial.

Jillian Vasquez, 23, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 12, found guilty, sentenced to 14 days, restitution of $224.99.

Allen Veilleux, 40, Jay, operating under the influence-one prior on June 12, sent to jury trial.

Jeremy Verville, 36, Lewiston, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on June 21, found guilty, fined $250.

Mckenzie J. Wade, 19, Auburn, allowing dog to be at large on March 26, by default, fined $75.

Erik J. Waite, 23, Lewiston, operating under the influence on June 17, sent to jury trial.

Awolok Andrei Walouk, 25, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on May 13, sent to jury trial.

Donald P. Ward, 48, Westbrook, domestic violence assault on Feb. 6, 2009, probation violation, sentenced to 20 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Chad A. Warner, 28, Lewiston, failure to register vehicle on May 14, found guilty, fined $150.

Stephanie J. Webster, 30, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized use of property, operating vehicle without license on Aug. 17, found guilty, sentenced to two days for each; fined $150 for second charge.

Sarah B. Westleigh, 31, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on July 11, found guilty, fined $150.

Jennifer L. Whitmore, 29, Lisbon, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on May 14, offense committed, fined $350.

Gabriel A. Wilbur, 21, Readfield, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on June 22, found guilty, fined $400.

Kyle E. Wiley, 22, Turner, assault on June 20, sent to jury trial.

Jessica Williams, 27, Lewiston, criminal mischief, criminal threatening on July 30, sent to jury trial.

Jessica Williams, 27, Mechanic Falls, violating condition of release on July 31, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Ramone Williams, 22, Lewiston, criminal trespassing on June 22, found guilty, not yet sentenced.

Glenn R. Wilson, 28, Freeport, attaching false plates on April 14, found guilty, fined $150.

Justin Ryan Wilson, 24, Auburn, operating vehicle without license on July 8, dismissed.

Justin C. Wing, 26, Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on July 8, found guilty, fined $400.

Nathan S. Wing, 35, Auburn, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise on March 22, found guilty, sentenced to 24 days.

Brian A. Woodbury, 31, Sabattus, assault on April 30, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 30 days.

Arthur L. Woodcock Jr., 38, Poland, failure to register vehicle, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 6, found guilty for each, fined $150; fined $250.

Treva A. Wordell, 24, Auburn, fireworks violation on July 4, by default, fined $200.

Eli E. C. York, 21, New Gloucester, minor consuming liquor on June 19, offense committed, 20 hours community service.

Ty A. York, 43, Litchfield, operating under the influence, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction on April 6, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, sentenced to four days, license suspended 90 days, second charge dismissed.

Aaron L. Young, 38, Auburn, two counts of domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening on May 13, transferred to Superior Court.

Mark A. Young, 28, Oxford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 28, filed with cost.

Ricky S. Young Jr., 33, Lisbon Falls, violating protective order on Aug. 13, dismissed.

Jay D. Ziegler, 75, Oxford, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 3, dismissed.
