LEWISTON — The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Jinnette Cora, 42, Lewiston, cultivating marijuana on Aug. 22, 2011, found guilty, fined $400.

Jessica Cornette, 30, Lewiston, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-physical force, disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise, violating protective order on June 14, first and second charges dismissed, found guilty on third charge, sentenced to two days.

Eric A. Corti, 21, New Windsor, N.Y., minor transporting liquor, minor possessing liquor on Jan. 28, first charge dismissed, offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

William J. County, 25, Auburn, two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 28, found guilty, sentenced to four days for each; restitution of $20 on third charge.

Joshua Cox, 26, Bowdoin, two counts of domestic violence assault, two counts of criminal mischief on May 20, sent to jury trial.

Wendell F. Cressey, 50, Hebron, violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 27, transferred to Superior Court.

Jennifer Crocker, 41, Lisbon Falls, negotiating a worthless instrument on May 28, 2011, found guilty, fined $100, restitution of $117.60.

Ashton Cuffee, 22, Lisbon Falls, operating vehicle without license on May 11, sent to jury trial.

Michael G. Cunneen Jr., 23, Poland, disorderly conduct-fighting on May 18, found guilty, fined $100.

Christopher J. Cureton, 30, Biddeford, violating condition of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on May 30, found guilty for each, sentenced to two days; fined $400.

Rexton R. Dalton, 56, Jay, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 14, found guilty, fined $250.

Alexander Damon, 19, Poland, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on April 4, sent to jury trial.

Nathaniel L. Daniels, 31, Auburn, domestic violence assault on Nov. 13, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 240 days-all but 14 days suspended, probation two years.

Bryan W. Danse, 32, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 15, found guilty, sentenced to two days, restitution of $3.04.

Timothy Darnell, 48, Poland, violating condition of release on May 6, sent to jury trial.

Brady Davis-Babb, 21, Turner, criminal trespassing on May 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Jason Desjardins, 36, Lewiston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, violating condition of release on May 17, sent to jury trial.

Dillon Diggins, 25, New Gloucester, failure to register vehicle, operating vehicle without license on Jan. 10, found guilty for each, fined $100-suspended $100; fined $250.

Diane L. Dillon, 45, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 27, 2011, found guilty, fined $250.

Kimberly E. Dionne, 37, Turner, failure to register vehicle on May 20, found guilty, fined $100.

Marjorie A. Dolbec, 21, Sabattus, operating vehicle without license on April 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Marvin Dumay, 25, Weymouth, Mass., fugitive from justice on June 5, dismissed.
