LEWISTON — The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Vickie L. Fitch, 52, Livermore Falls, operating vehicle without license on March 23, found guilty, fined $150.

Gavin J. Flaherty, 20, Auburn, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction on May 12, found guilty, fined $60.

Shawn M. Foster, 22, New Gloucester, operating under the influence on Jan. 1, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to two days, license suspended 90 days.

Steven Fournier, 41, Leeds, operating under the influence on March 25, sent to jury trial.

Steven P. Fournier, 38, Auburn, failure to register vehicle, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 14, found guilty on first charge, fined $150, second charge dismissed.

Arthur J. Franco, 35, Auburn, operating under the influence on April 7, sent to jury trial.

Michael J. Franks, 32, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 17, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days, restitution of $135.

Michael J. Franks, 32, Lewiston, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-refusing to stop on June 3, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Karen M. Gagne, 47, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on Feb. 27, sent to jury trial.

Carlton Lee Gallant, 27, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, forgery on Dec. 9, 2011, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 14 days, second charge dismissed.

Kayla L. Gargan, 24, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 18, sent to jury trial.

Thomas Garland, 25, Litchfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 7, found guilty, fined $100.

Martin Gerding, 30, Lewiston, misuse of identification, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, theft by unauthorized use of property on April 8, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second and third charges, 20 hours community service for each; restitution of $861 for third charge.

Ibrahim Ghaleb, 43, Lewiston, endangering the welfare of a child on March 16, sent to jury trial.

Liam Gibbons, 29, Poland, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 8, found guilty, fined $250.

Matthew J. Giguere, 24, Auburn, violating condition of release on June 13, found guilty, sentenced to 14 days.

Emma Giroux, 43, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 8, found guilty, 15 hours community service.

Sandra Glenn, 60, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 16, found guilty, fined $100.

Sandra Glenn, 60, Lewiston, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise on March 3, dismissed.

Amanda L. Goddard, 23, Topsham, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Heath A. Goding, 31, Auburn, disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise, violating condition of release on Jan. 24, found guilty, sentenced to six days for each.

Nathan M. Graf, 25, Lisbon, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on June 2, by default, fined $350.

Anthony Joseph Greene, 27, Auburn, assault on Dec. 18, 2011, found guilty, fined $300.

Eric Grenier, 36, Buckfield, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on Oct. 14, 2011, found guilty, fined $100.

Matthew Griffeth, 23, Lisbon, violating condition of release on June 23, found guilty, sentenced to 10 days.

Molly J. Groves, 23, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 21, 2011, found guilty, 15 hours community service, unconditional discharge.

Juan Guaman, 38, Milford, Mass., operating vehicle without license on April 2, found guilty, fined $100.

Craig S. Gunderson, 49, Falmouth, fishing without valid license on April 21, filed with cost of $150.

Michael J. Hamel, 28, Lewiston, operating under the influence-one prior on Dec. 31, 2011, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 90 days-all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

Dylan A. Hanna, 20, Lewiston, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on May 7, offense committed, fined $350.

Duane Hanson, 23, Livermore Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 30, found guilty, fined $250.

Ashley S. Harbin, 24, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release on June 26, found guilty for each, fined $200; sentenced to two days.

Joshua Harlow, 27, Livermore Falls, two counts of keeping unlicensed dog on Jan. 1, May 15, offense committed, fined $35 for each.

Jesse A. Harriman, 24, Livermore Falls, violating protective order on May 15, found guilty, fined $200.

Scott Harriman, 34, Auburn, operating after registration suspended on Feb. 27, found guilty, fined $100.
