Jesse William Baum, 24, Lewiston, violating condition of release on March 1, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Shantelle T. Beal, 21, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 11, found guilty, fined $100 and restitution of $150.

Lucien C. Beaucage Jr., 41, Turner, driving to endanger on Jan. 4, dismissed.

James P. Beaulieu, 51, Minot, failing to report on Feb. 17, found guilty, sentenced to seven days.

Heath J. Bell, 28, Norway, assault on July 19, found guilty, fined $300.

Theresa Bennett, 22, Lewiston, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and operating a vehicle without a license on March 14 and permitting an unlawful use on March 16, found guilty on all charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Thomas Lee Berry, 23, Lewiston, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child on April 23, both charges sent to jury trial.

Jeffrey Bickford, 24, Lisbon Falls, attaching false plates on March 14, found guilty, fined $100.

Donald E. Biehl, 38, Bryant Pond, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 16, sent to jury trial.

Christopher M. Bilodeau, 27, Turner, operating under the influence on April 1, sent to jury trial.

Kristin D. Bird, 23, Lee, operating after registration suspended on March 18, found guilty, fined $150.

Stephen M. Black, 38, Augusta, negotiating a worthless instrument on Jan. 1, 2006, and Jan. 8, 2006, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and restitution of $823.21 on first charge; fined $500 on second charge.

Karl N. Blodgett, 28, Rumford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, on March 23, offense committed, fined $300.

Karl N. Blodgett, 48, Mexico, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 23, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Sean M. Boilard, 23, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 12, dismissed.

Deanna D. Bolduc, 31, New Auburn, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Feb. 20, dismissed.

Laura J. Bolduc, 45, Lewiston, terrorizing on Jan. 1, sent to jury trial.

Christy Bomba, 31, Lewiston, failure to register a vehicle on Feb. 26, filed, fined $100.

Jason K. Boston, 20, Poland, operating an unregistered ATV on March 11, fined $100 by default.

Daniel B. Bourgoin, 23, Lewiston, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on May 4, found guilty on all charges, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $250 on second charge; sentenced to 48 hours on third charge.

Robert L. Bowie, 24, Lewiston, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate on Dec. 20, found guilty, fined $50.

Kevin Jeffrey Braley, 37, Exeter, failing to stop for an officer, operating under the influence, with one prior, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on June 10, 2006, all charges sent to jury trial.

Bret A. Bramlet, 47, Sabattus, violating condition of release on May 13, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Frankie Gene Brayall, 40, Lewiston, assault and criminal mischief on March 4, both charges sent to jury trial.

Christopher G. Brooks, 24, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Feb. 13, both charges sent to jury trial.

Hubert Ray Brooks, 21, Lewiston, assault on July 27, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to three days; also charged with theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property and violating condition of release on April 5, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on second charge; and possession of marijuana on Feb. 20, fined $400 by default.

Nicki Lynn Brooks, 20, Lewiston, violating condition of release, assault and disorderly conduct on March 4, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 48 hours; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, find $100 and restitution of $201.50.

Jon J. Brotherton, 34, Lewiston, failing to comply with sex offender registration act on Nov. 17, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Danita M. Brown, 34, Auburn, endangering the welfare of a child on Oct. 17, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days with all suspended and one year probation.

David T. Brown, 18, Lewiston, assault on March 5, dismissed; also charged with probation violation on the May 2 assault, criminal mischief and violating condition of release charges; sentenced to 200 days and probation partially revoked on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours on third charge; and assault on May 20, found guilty, fined $300 and sentenced to 200 days.
