LEWISTON — The following cases were handled recently in 8th District Court.

Stephanie Fitzpatrick, 19, Auburn, criminal mischief on March 5, 2009, found guilty, fined $75.

Daniel A. Flagg, 33, Rumford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 5, 2008, found guilty, fined $100, restitution of $233.

Dennis E. Flannery, 40, Lisbon, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 4, 2008, found guilty, fined $250.

Shane M. Fleury, 20, Auburn, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 29, 2008, by default, fined $300.

James Footman, 24, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary of a motor vehicle on Oct. 5, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to two days each, restitution of $40 on first charge.

James R. Footman, 47, Auburn, permitting unlawful operation of snowmobile on Feb. 7, 2009, offense committed, fined $100.

Joshua J. Fortin, 30, Auburn, domestic violence terrorizing, theft by unauthorized use of property on Oct. 18, 2008, probation violation on first charge; second charge dismissed.

Heather M. Foss, 20, Minot, minor consuming liquor on Oct. 31, 2008, offense committed, fined $200.

Andrew Franco, 32, Lewiston, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 16, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Andrew Franco, 32, Lewiston, violating condition of release, violating protective order on Nov. 21, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to five months on first charge; sentenced to eight months on second charge.

Craig E. Friedman, 22, Lewiston, minor consuming liquor on March 8, 2009, offense committed, fined $200.

Michael P. Gagnon, 32, Auburn, domestic violence assault on April 4, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days with all but four days suspended, probation one year.

Matthew Gallagher, 20, Mattapan, Mass., domestic violence assault, obstructing report of crime, criminal mischief on Jan. 22, 2009, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 120 days all suspended, probation two years; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, restitution of $35, 10 hours of community service.

Matthew Gallagher, 20, Auburn, domestic violence assault on April 14, 2009, dismissed.

Kayla Gallant, 21, Lewiston, assault on Feb. 10, 2009, found guilty, fined $300.

Shawn Gallant, 26, Lewiston, violating condition of release on April 4, 2009, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Ashley Game, 19, Mechanic Falls, minor consuming liquor on Feb. 14, 2009, offense committed, fined $200.

Justin M. Gammon, 19, Minot, two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 1, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to three days each.

Shameek J. Garcia, 32, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Feb. 20, 2009, by default, fined $350.

Timothy A. Garnier, 44, Auburn, operating after habitual offender revocation on Jan. 19, 2009, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 30 days.

Tiffany M. Garris, 34, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 5, 2009, found guilty, fined $250.

John P. Hayes, 39, Saco, domestic violence terrorizing on April 4, 2009, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days with all but two days suspended, probation one year.

April M. Hayward, 21, Lewiston, disorderly conduct-loud noise, private place, and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on April 15, 2009, found guilty on first charge, second charge dismissed, sentenced to 24 hours in jail.

Samuel A. Heikkinen, 22, Auburn, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on March 5, 2009, by default, fined $300.

Albert Hemond, 46, Minot, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 28, 2008, dismissed.
