AUBURN — Alice M. Unnold, 85, a resident of Lewiston died Tuesday, May 18, at the Hospice House after a period of failing health.
She was born in Lewiston, June 24, 1924, the daughter of Charles F. and Josephine (Chandler) Moore. She was a graduate of Edward Little High School. She was raised in the Perryville section of Auburn.
She worked for the former Peck’s Department Store and also at Krege’s Photo Studio, and at Auburn Theater.
Her hobbies included collecting miniatures, dolls, Kewpies, and doll houses. She married Joseph A. Unnold from Queens, N.Y., who was her favorite dancing partner.
Besides her husband, Joseph, she is survived by two daughters, Donna Kilkelly and Deborah Unnold; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
