AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Dennis S. Brackley, 61, New Gloucester, illegal possession of firearm on Nov. 25, 2010, dismissed.

Travis Bradstreet, 24, Topsham, aggravated criminal mischief on March 28, 2007, sentenced to 30 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Peter R. Bragdon, 34, Gray, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 5, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to three years-all but 18 months suspended, probation two years, restitution of $4,852.

Terry Dean Buck, 56, Auburn, driving to endanger, operating under the influence on Dec. 17, 2010, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,500, license suspended 30 days, second charge dismissed.

Clinton Buckhalter, 66, Auburn, aggravated assault on June 14, dismissed.

Mustafa Aden Bulle, 29, Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on June 19, dismissed.

Janice L. Burdin, 48, Poland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors on March 3, found guilty, sentenced to one year-all but 15 days suspended, probation one year.

Norman Burns, 50, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on Feb. 3, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days-all suspended, probation one year.

Norman Burns, 50, Lewiston, two counts of domestic violence assault on July 13, found guilty, sentenced to 25 days for each.

Benjamin Butcher, 42, Poland, terrorizing on May 15, filed with cost of $200.

Jeremy Andrew Camire, 35, Lewiston, domestic violence assault, cultivating marijuana, disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise on April 6, first and second charges dismissed, found guilty on third charge, sentenced to three days.
