AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Darren Nathaniel Kemp, 41, Auburn, domestic violence assault on Feb. 25, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days-all but 41 days suspended, probation one year.

Derek Paul Kendrick, 28, Turner, burglary on Aug. 31, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to eight days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Derek Paul Kendrick, 28, Turner, aggravated criminal mischief on Feb. 24, 2011, probation violation, sentenced to eight days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Jarryd King, 20, Lewiston, violating condition of release on April 9, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to eight days.

Jarryd King, 20, Lewiston, disorderly conduct-offensive words-gestures, assault on Jan. 29, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to eight days for each; fined $300 for second charge.

Jeremy Klar, 21, Mechanic Falls, operating under the influence on May 27, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Corey M. Lamontagne, 35, Leeds, theft by receiving stolen property on April 12, 2011, probation violation, sentenced to 18 months, probation partially revoked.

Corey M. Lamontagne, 35, Leeds, four counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on April 12, 2011, probation violation, sentenced to 18 months, probation partially revoked for each.

Corey M. Lamontagne, 35, Leeds, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, violating condition of release on Nov. 13, 2011, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 18 months each for first and second charges; restitution of $800 for first charge, third charge dismissed.

John William Lamothe Jr., 31, Auburn, tampering with witness, informant, juror, or victim on July 12, 2011, dismissed.

Chelsea D. Landry, 29, Litchfield, operating while license suspended or revoked-one prior on May 11, dismissed.

Raymond T. Landry, 22, Auburn, disorderly conduct-fighting, domestic violence assault on March 28, found guilty on first charge, fined $200, second charge dismissed.

Timothy P. Lane, 34, Hallowell, domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing on March 20, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 180 days-all suspended, probation nine months, second charge dismissed.

Anne-Marie Leclair, 37, Lewiston, aggravated criminal mischief on May 7, 2008, probation violation, sentenced to five days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Everett H. Leonard, 61, Turner, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on Nov. 20, 2010, two counts of driving deer on Nov. 20, 2010, Nov. 18, 2011, three counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Nov. 18, 2011, Sept. 28, 2010, Nov. 19, 2011, indecent conduct on Nov. 20, 2010, trapping without license on Nov. 18, 2011, found guilty on first, second, third charges, 90-day sentence suspended, all other charges dismissed.

Jamie L. Lesperance, 37, Greene, operating vehicle without license on April 22, filed with no cost.

John C. Letourneau, 48, Mechanic Falls, stealing drugs, robbery on Dec. 25, 2011, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, sentenced to five years-all but 18 months suspended, probation two years.

Ryan S. Letourneau, 27, Greene, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief on April 2, found guilty, sentenced to four years-all but 18 months suspended, probation two years, restitution of $1,865.27 for first charge; sentenced to 30 days for third charge, second charge dismissed.

David J. Levesque, 48, Lewiston, violating condition of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on May 26, 2011, found guilty for each, sentenced to 90 days; fined $400, sentenced to two years-all but six months suspended, probation two years, restitution of $120.

Christopher S. Libbey, 25, Portland, theft by receiving stolen property on Jan. 19, two counts of robbery on Jan. 21, found guilty, sentenced to three months for first charge; sentenced to 13 years-all but six months suspended, probation four years, restitution of $541.54 each for second and third charges.

Robert Anthony Lombardi, 43, Lewiston, assault on an emergency medical provider on Sept. 9, dismissed.

Sidney P. Lord II, 22, Lewiston, elevated aggravated assault on Oct. 17, 2009, probation violation, sentenced to three years two months, probation partially revoked.

Sidney P. Lord II, 22, Lewiston, refusal to submit to arrest or detention-refusal to stop, criminal restraint, assault, terrorizing on May 7, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days each for first and second charges; fined $300 for third charge; sentenced to three years each for third and fourth charges.

Mark D. Lyons, 54, Braintree, Mass., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, criminal forfeiture of property on Feb. 26, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to one year-all but 22 days suspended, probation nine months, second charge forfeited.

Malual M. Mabur, 36, Lewiston, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on Feb. 26, dismissed.
