AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Doug Bixby, 21, Lewiston, violating condition of release, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Dec. 15, 2011, found guilty on third charge, fined $400, sentenced to two years-all but 60 days suspended, probation two years, all other charges dismissed.

Jayson Bjork, 43, Lewiston, operating under the influence-one prior on Feb. 7, 2012, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to 270 days-all but 12 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

Joseph Boothby, 23, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 8, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to six months, restitution of $811.

Benjamin Boulay, 24, Greene, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 30, 2011, found guilty, 40 hours of community service.

Nicholas Bourgoin, 31, Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, operating after habitual offender revocation-one prior on March 30, 2012, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to six months.

Nicholas A. Brewer, 29, Brunswick, operating after habitual offender revocation-one prior on Nov. 12, 2011, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to six months.

Charles E. Brewster IV, 32, Livermore Falls, criminal trespassing, threatening display of weapon on July 14, 2012, found guilty on first charge, fined $100, second charge dismissed.

Dana R. Brousseau, 58, Greene, operating under the influence-one prior on June 4, 2012, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to seven days, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

Benjamin L. Brown, 30, Center Lovell, domestic violence criminal threatening, criminal mischief, domestic violence assault on Aug. 3, 2012, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 30 days-all suspended; sentenced to 364 days-all suspended, probation one year, restitution of $600.

Nicholas Brown, 23, Bangor, driving to endanger, operating under the influence on July 17, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $575, license suspended 300 days, second charge dismissed.

Timothy Brown, 46, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 1, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to 29 days, restitution of $145.

Corey Brume, 20, Lewiston, burglary, robbery on May 20, 2012, dismissed.

Chad Bryant, 20, Monmouth, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 30, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to 21 days.

Barbara J. Bunnell, 40, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors on Dec. 12, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to two years-all suspended, probation two years.

Barbara J. Burnell, 40, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors, violating condition of release on June 20, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to two years-all suspended, probation two years; unconditional discharge.

Norman Burns, 51, Lewiston, violating condition of release on July 13, 2012, dismissed.

Robert C. Bussiere Jr., 22, Auburn, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor on Aug. 25, 2012, found guilty, fined $500.

Adam G. Camire, 37, Lewiston, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of oxycodone on July 31, 2012, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to three years-all but 42 days suspended, probation one year, all other charges dismissed.

Louise Campbell, 56, Hartford, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-physical force, driving to endanger, failing to stop for officer, operating under the influence-no test on July 18, 2011, found guilty on first and second charges, unconditional discharge; fined $575, license suspended 30 days, all other charges dismissed.

Shawn K. Canney, 48, Lewiston, domestic violence assault-priors on Nov. 12, 2011, probation violation, sentenced to one year, probation partially revoked.

Trudy Caouette, 40, Buckfield, misuse of identification, theft by deception, tampering with public records or information on June 1, 2011, dismissed.

Lanny J. Caron, 40, Lewiston, terrorizing, two counts of assault on an officer, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-physical force, disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise on Jan. 1, 2012, second charge dismissed, found guilty on all other charges, sentenced to 18 months-all but 100 days suspended, probation two years for third charge; sentenced to 30 days each for all other charges.

Matthew J. Caron, 31, Lisbon Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 6, 2012, filed with cost of $250.

Kyle James Cathey, 28, Auburn, robbery on June 25, 2005, probation violation, sentenced to 11 months, probation partially revoked and continued.

Miguel Cedeno, 22, Livermore Falls, arson on July 26, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to four years.

Clayton Chapman III, 23, Lewiston, aggravated assault, assault on July 2, 2011, probation violation, sentenced to nine months one day, probation partially revoked and continued; fined $300, sentenced to three months.

Devin Charest, 22, Auburn, burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors on July 19, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to 137 days; sentenced to three years-all but 137 days suspended, probation two years.

Norman Gene Child Jr., 31, Lewiston, domestic violence assault-priors on July 23, 2012, dismissed.

Donald Clark, 32, Lewiston, assault on Nov. 29, 2011, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 71 days.

Dean Clifford, 39, Sabattus, driving to endanger on Dec. 11, 2011, found guilty, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

Judy M. Cloutier, 49, Poland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 10, 2012, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

William Cloutier, 28, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 30, 2012, filed with cost of $100.

Walter Coleman, 56, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Feb. 24, 2012, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $500, sentenced to five months, restitution of $200.

Chad Collins, 30, Auburn, violating protective order on Oct. 2, 2011, dismissed.

Cornell Collins, 43, Lynn, Mass., violating condition of release on Sept. 7, 2012, found guilty, fined $200.

Dean Michael Coolidge, 34, Oxford, operating after habitual offender revocation on March 16, 2012, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 30 days.
