AUBURN —The following cases were recently closed in Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Nuh Abdi, 52, Lewiston, gross sexual assault, reckless conduct on Oct. 20, 2013, first charge, dismissed; second charge, found guilty, sentenced to 179 days.

Roda O. Abdi, 47, Lewiston, theft by deception on July 11, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to four years with all but 10 months suspended, probation three years, restitution $46,493.

Falhado M. Aden, 19, Lewiston, operating vehicle without license on July 22, 2014, dismissed.

Nassir H. Ahmed Ali, 55, Lewiston, theft by deception on July 11, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to four years with all but nine months suspended, probation three years, restitution $46,493.

Kimberly L. Aines, 37, Falmouth, passing stopped school bus on Jan. 7, 2015, dismissed.

Roy Albert, 20, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 24, 2014, 16 charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 6, 7, 8, 10, 21, 23, 24, 25 and 28, 2014, 17 charges of burglary of a motor vehicle on Oct. 6, 8, 10, 21, 23, 24, 25 and 28, 2014, first charge, found guilty, sentenced to 30 months with all but nine months suspended, probation two years, restitution $4,265; second through 34th charges, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days for each charge.

Roy Albert, 20, Auburn, burglary of a motor vehicle on Oct. 7, 2014, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 28, 2014, both charges, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days for each charge.

Shawn Michael Alexander, 36, Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on June 5, 2014, found guilty, fined $750.

Canica Allen, 38, Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, violating condition of release on Nov. 6, 2014, both charges, dismissed.

Joshua G. Allen, 32, Lewiston, disorderly conduct — fighting, domestic violence assault on July 17, 2014, first charge, found guilty, sentenced to two days; second charge, dismissed.

Courtni Delilah Amberking, 30, Lewiston, acquiring drugs by deception on Sept. 5, 2014, and Nov. 10, 2014, both charges, dismissed.

Kimberleigh Ambers, 28, Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 5, 2015, dismissed.

Cherie Anders, 28, Lewiston, two charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, trafficking in prison contraband on Feb. 23, 2014, first charge, dismissed; second charge, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to six months with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year; third charge, dismissed.

Jamie Archer, 25, Leeds, operating while license suspended or revoked — OUI on Feb. 28, 2015, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to seven days, license suspended one year.

Samantha Augello, 21, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Oct. 22, 2014, dismissed.

Christopher S. Austin, 44, Wales, discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling, manslaughter on Nov. 20, 2012, first charge, dismissed; second charge, found guilty, sentenced to two years and six months, restitution $5,206.67.

Austin, 44, Wales, gross sexual assault on July 8, 2004, July 30, 2004, July 8, 2005, July 8, 2006, July 8, 2007, July 8, 2008, July 8, 2009 and July 8, 2010, first five charges, dismissed; sixth and seventh charges, found guilty, sentenced to 15 years with all but seven years suspended, probation nine years, restitution $5,206.67 for each charge; eighth charge, found guilty, sentenced to seven years.

Lonnie Ball, 27, Lewiston, illegal possession of firearm or crossbow on Jan. 29, 2015, dismissed.

Jonathan Malik Banyan, 28, Brooklyn, N.Y., aggravated trafficking of Schedule W drug on Nov. 12, 2014, dismissed.
