AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Joelie E. Perry, 44, Sabattus, probation violation on a Sept. 28 violation of condition of release charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Matthew D. Piper, 35, Auburn, probation violation on the two Nov. 14, 2003 assault charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

James K. Purcell, 33, Lewiston, probation violation on a Dec. 12, 2004 assault charge, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Lisa J. Randall, 45, Monmouth, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 31, found guilty, fined $200 and sentenced to 72 hours.

Holly N. Roewer, 22, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, operating while license suspended or revoked and two counts of burglary on Jan. 2, first, second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to 17 days at the county jail, one year probation and ordered to pay $3,032 restitution.

Ronald Saultes, 37, Farmington, probation violation on a July 5, 2001, operating a motor vehicle after revocation charge, probation violation on the Oct. 17, 2001, operating a motor vehicle after revocation and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident charges, and probation violation on the Oct. 23, 2001, operating a motor vehicle after revocation and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs charges, sentenced to 28 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Laurie Ann Scribner, 36, Lewiston, assault on April 29, 2005, dismissed.

Crystal Leigh Searles, 23, Auburn, burglary and two counts of criminal mischief on July 3, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 24 hours at the county jail and ordered to pay $2,541.61 restitution.

John J. Shannon, 41, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with two priors, on Jan. 6, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to nine months at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended four years and registration suspended.

Daniel Soto Jr., 24, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 21, found guilty, sentenced to four months at the county jail.

Charles Teague, 34, Lewiston, probation violation on a Oct. 23, 2000 unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs charge, and probation violation on a March 16, 2001 burglary charge, sentenced to 10 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Bobby Therriault, 27, Lewiston, probation violation on a Jan. 6, 2004 aggravated assault charge, sentenced to 16 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

Vincent M. Toth, 43, Greene, habitual motor vehicle offender and operating under the influence on May 21, 2004, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but 45 days suspended and one year probation on first charge; fined $1,000, sentenced to 45 days at the county jail, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended on second charge.

Norma Violette-Fish, 27, Lewiston, forgery on Aug. 9, filed with no cost.

George Washington, 38, Lewiston, unlawful possession of hydrocodone on Feb. 8, dismissed.

Ty Albert Whitworth, 31, Poland, assault on March 2, 2005, filed with no cost.

Brian A. Woodbury, 25, Sabattus, two counts of burglary and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 18, 2004, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 50 days suspended, one year probation and ordered to pay $130 restitution; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail, one year probation and ordered to pay $130 restitution; fourth charge dismissed; also charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, violating condition of release, and criminal forfeiture of property on Sept. 23, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail for each charge.

Shannon Lee Young, 36, Lewiston, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on July 20 and July 21, and assault on July 21, all charges dismissed.

Matthew R. Young, 19, Lewiston, criminal threatening and criminal mischief on Jan. 8, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 90 days with all suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed.
