AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Christopher M. Labbe, 39, Lewiston, burglary, stealing drugs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release on March 9, 2008, probation violation on first and second charges, sentenced to 130 days each, probation partially revoked and continued; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Jacob Roy Labbe, 24, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 9, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days.

Jacob Roy Labbe, 24, Lewiston, aggravated assault on Oct. 30, 2008, sentenced to four years with all but two years suspended, probation three years.

Jacob Roy Labbe, 24, Lewiston, assault on an officer, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, violating condition of release on Jan. 27, 2009, filed with no cost.

Robert Labelle, 43, Leeds, assault, criminal mischief on Dec. 17, 2007, dismissed.

Jaime L. Labonte, 30, Auburn, operating under the influence, disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise on Nov. 27, 2008, found guilty, fined $700 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Richard Angelo Labonte, 33, Auburn, theft by receiving stolen property on July 12, 2008, sentenced to five years with all but one year suspended, probation two years, restitution of $6,822.

Richard Angelo Labonte, 33, Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, violating condition of release on Nov. 17, 2008, sentenced to five years with all but one year suspended, probation two years and restitution of $6,822 on first charge; sentenced to six months on second charge.

Gene W. Lachance, 38, Turner, domestic violence assault, obstructing report of crime on Feb. 23, 2009, filed with no cost.

Mary E. Lachance, 43, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, violating condition of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Oct. 5, 2008, probation violation on first and second charges, sentenced to nine months, one day each, probation revoked; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Rob Ronald Lachance, 46, Auburn, theft by deception on Feb. 28, 2004, found guilty, no sentenced imposed.

Billie Jean Laclair, 25, Augusta, assault on an emergency medical care provider, violating condition of release, criminal threatening on April 22, 2008, filed with no cost.

Ryan R. Laflamme, 28, Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, violating condition of release on April 23, 2009, dismissed.

Brian Keith Lagasse, 43, Industry, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs on March 7, 205, probation violation, sentenced to 80 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Brian Keith Lagasse, 43, Industry, assault, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on May 19, 2005, probation violation, sentenced to 80 days each, probation partially revoked and continued.

Brian Keith Lagasse, 43, Industry, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on April 20, 2006, probation violation, sentenced to 80 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Theodore M. Lague, 27, Lisbon Falls, passing a roadblock, operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, attaching false plates, failing to stop for officer, driving to endanger on Dec. 20, 2008, sentenced to two years, six months with all but six months suspended and probation two years on first and second charges; sentenced to 30 days on third charge; sentenced to six months on fourth charge; fined $575, sentenced to 45 days and license suspended 30 days on fifth charge.

Richard Paul Laliberte, 74, Leeds, illegal possession of firearm or crossbow on Dec. 29, 2007, found guilty, fined $1,000.

Nicole Lambert, 24, Lewiston, robbery, burglary, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, assault on March 25, 2009, probation violation on first charge, sentenced to two days, probation partially revoked and continued; all other charges dismissed.

Tina Marie Rose Landers, 26, Lewiston, trafficking in prison contraband on July 10, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to six days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Daniel Richard Landry, 40, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on Nov. 20, 2008, filed with no cost.

Michael Landry, 38, Lewiston, theft by deception, forgery on Dec. 16, 2008, first charge dismissed; sentenced to eight days on second charge.

William A. Langen, 39, Lewiston, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 26, 2002, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 10, 2002, probation violation, sentenced to 70 days each, probation partially revoked and continued.

Katie Lapierre, 22, Rochester, N.H., robbery, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 2, 2008, dismissed.

Eric L. Laroche, 22, Greene, criminal threatening, criminal mischief, two counts of assault on Nov. 8, 2008, first charge filed with no cost; all other charges dismissed.

Chase Larson, 23, Denver, Colo., allowing minor to possess or consume liquor on Nov. 15, 2008, dismissed.

Stanley W. Laurinaitis, 21, Minot, two counts of burglary, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts of theft by receiving stolen property, cultivating marijuana on April 14, 2008, found guilty on seventh charge, fined $400.

Paul Allen Lauze, 28, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary, aggravated criminal mischief on Aug. 27, 2007, dismissed.

Paul Allen Lauze, 28, Sabattus, assault, violating condition of release on Sept. 24, 2008, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 20 months, second charge dismissed.

Paul Allen Lauze, 28, Sabattus, burglary on Sept. 7, 2008, two counts of burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 13, 2008, found guilty on first and third charges, sentenced to three years all suspended, probation three years and restitution of $7,304 each; second and fourth charges dismissed.

Nicole Laviolette, 26, Lisbon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 24, 2008, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 9, 2008, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 2, 2009, probation violation on second charge, sentenced to eight months, probation revoked and continued; first and third charges dismissed.

Matthew Paul Lavoie, 20, Lewiston, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon on May 6, 2009, probation violation, sentenced to 12 months, probation partially revoked.

Pavel Lavrinenko, 22, West Springfield, Mass., operating under the influence-two priors, operating after license suspension on Oct. 31, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,100, sentenced to 12 months with all but 30 days suspended, probation two years, license suspended six years, registration suspended; second charge dismissed.

Kevin Paul Lawlor, 30, West Paris, assault on March 14, 2006, probation violation, sentenced to 90 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Kyle A. Lawrence, 21, New Gloucester, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 1, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Glenn E. Lawson, 47, Lewiston, gross sexual assault on Sept. 26, 2005, probation violation, sentenced to 30 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Glenn Eric Lawson, 47, Lewiston, assault on an officer, assault on Jan. 6, 2009, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 30 days.

Anne-Marie Leclair, 35, Lewiston, arson on May 7, 2008, found guilty, not yet sentenced.

Raymond Carl Leclair Jr., 44, Lewiston, possessing sexually explicit material on Nov. 10, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to six months, probation partially revoked and continued.

Thomas Leclair, 35, Gorham, misuse of identification on Oct. 2, 2006, found guilty, unconditional discharge.
