AUBURN — The following cases were recently closed in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Derek T. Lee, 24, Buckfield, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 27, 2009, found guilty, sentenced to four years all suspended, probation three years and restitution of $11,454.60 each.

Chester Leet, 45, Leominster, Mass., operating under the influence-no test, operating while license suspended or revoked, driving to endanger on Oct. 18, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $250; found guilty on third charge, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

Roy E. Leet, 44, Cape Elizabeth, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 3, 2003, probation violation, sentenced to nine months and probation partially revoked on first charge; sentenced to 10 months and probation partially revoked and continued on second charge.

Jacqueline J. Lemieux, 26, Auburn, theft by unauthorized use of property-priors, operating under the influence-one prior, failing to give correct name, address or date of birth on May 9, 2009, found guilty, not yet sentenced.

Timothy Leonard, 52, Mechanic Falls, domestic violence assault, obstructing report of crime on March 5, 2009, filed with no cost.

Tabitha L. Lepage, 36, Lewiston, misuse of identification, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 8, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours on first charge; sentenced to 24 hours and restitution of $697.23 on second charge.

Dustin Julian Lessard, 29, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors on May 18, 2007, sentenced to one year, probation partially revoked.

Dustin Julian Lessard, 29, Lewiston, burglary on April 17, 2007, sentenced to one year, probation partially revoked.

Richard E. Lessard, 51, Auburn, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, unlawful possession of Oxycodone, two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug, criminal forfeiture of property on Sept. 11, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $2,000, sentenced to five years with all but six months suspended, probation three years; forfeited on sixth charge; all other charges dismissed.

Ronald Lessard, 40, Lewiston, domestic violence criminal threatening, criminal trespass on Feb. 19, 2009, filed with no cost.

Stephen P. Lessard, 44, Greene, domestic violence assault on Jan. 9, 2009, dismissed.

Stephen P. Lessard, 44, Greene, violating condition of release on Feb. 27, 2009, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Scott Michael Levesque, 34, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 10, 2005, probation violation, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

Dawn Joyce Lewis, 29, Mechanic Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 5, 2007, sentenced to 18 months with all but 30 days suspended, probation two years, restitution of $4,453.42.

Morgan P. Lewis, 30, Atlanta, Ga., assault, obstructing government administration, disorderly conduct-loud noise-private place on May 29, 2009, found guilty on first and third charges, fined $300 each; second charge dismissed.

Carlos Libby, 38, West Gardiner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 23, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to three years with all but 90 days suspended, probation three years, restitution of $22,998.41.

Dwayne E. Libby, 51, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 9, 2005, probation violation, sentenced to 12 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Angela M. Liberty, 23, Lewiston, violating condition of release on May 16, 2008, dismissed.

Melissa Lilley, 29, Turner, theft by insurance deception on Sept. 30, 2007, found guilty, fined $500.

Melissa D. Little, 37, Turner, assault on June 4, 2007, dismissed.

Cynthia Lizotte, 28, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, misuse of identification on June 20, 2008, filed with no cost.

Justin L. Lord, 21, Lewiston, burglary on June 24, 2007, sentenced to 90 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Justin Lee Lord, 21, Lewiston, burglary on Dec. 18, 2006, sentenced to 90 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Brian David Lowell, 34, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on Oct. 25, 2008, filed with cost of $150.

Michael Deangelo Lowery, 26, Lewiston, operating under the influence-no test-two priors on May 12, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to 60 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Dominique S. Lussier, 23, Lewiston, domestic violence criminal threatening, violating condition of release on Aug. 20, 2008, probation violation on first charge, sentenced to eight months, probation partially revoked; second charge dismissed.

Macia, 43, Hebron, operating under the influence-two priors, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction on Oct. 15, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,100, sentenced to 18 months with all but 45 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended six years, registration suspended.

Douglas Mackenzie, 22, Lewiston, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor on March 8, 2009, filed with cost of $100.

Zachary Mackenzie, 21, Livermore Falls, domestic violence assault, obstructing report of crime on Jan. 29, 2009, dismissed.

Madore, 25, Wilton, eluding an officer, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation-priors, violating condition of release, operating under the influence-one prior on Nov. 12, 2008, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to three years, six months with all but 18 months suspended, probation two years; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to three years, six months with all but 18 months suspended, probation two years, license suspended six years, registration suspended; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Brian Magnin, 30, Portland, cultivating marijuana, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Jan. 2, 2009, fined $6,000, sentenced to three years with all but six months suspended, probation two years and 400 hours community service on first charge; second charge dismissed.

Ryan J. Mahan, 24, Auburn, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 10, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to one year with all but 30 days suspended and probation one year each.

Mahon, 55, Greene, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation-priors on Aug. 23, 208, operating under the influence-one prior on Aug. 24, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to three years with all but 18 months suspended, probation two years; found guilty on second charge, fined $900, sentenced to 60 days, license suspended 60 days, registration suspended.

Mahon, 55, Greene, operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, violating condition of release on March 1, 2009, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to three years with all but 18 months suspended, probation two years; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 30 days.

Amanda L. Marchetti, 22, Jay, reckless conduct, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, driving to endanger on May 28, 2008, dismissed.

Joshua Marino, 23, Jefferson, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five counts of burglary of a motor vehicle on Jan. 11, 2008, criminal attempt on Jan. 12, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on all other charges, sentenced to 30 days and restitution of $594 each.

Gregorio Cortes Marquez, 29, Lewiston, operating under the influence-two priors, violating protective order, operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Nov. 10, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,100, sentenced to 30 days, license suspended six years, registration suspended; all other charges dismissed.

Dale Marston, 57, Leeds, indecent conduct on April 10, 2009, filed with cost of $200.

Brett Michael Martel, 27, Auburn, domestic violence assault on Jan. 17, 2009, dismissed.

Mathew L. Martin, 25, Dexter, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors, forgery on Nov. 1, 2008, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to nine months, one day with all but 25 days suspended, probation one year; second charge dismissed.
