Jason M. Adams, 30, Limerick, violating condition of release, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 25, 2011, dismissed.

Michelle Albert, 39, Lewiston, violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 5, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 21 days each.

Dusty Alexander, 24, Mechanic Falls, trafficking in prison contraband, domestic violence assault, criminal mischief, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise on Feb. 8, 2011, first charge dismissed; second charge filed with no cost; found guilty on remaining charges, sentenced to 270 days with all but two days suspended, probation one year on third charge; fined $400 on fourth charge; sentenced to two days on fifth charge.

Wayne G. Anderson III, 22, Sabattus, burglary, criminal trespass, three counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, carrying concealed weapon on March 16, 2011, first charge dismissed; found guilty on remaining charges, sentenced to 364 days with all but 60 days suspended, probation one year, restitution of $1,220 on second charge; sentenced to 30 days on all other charges.

Jessica Lee Arbogast, 27, Auburn, misuse of identification on May 14, 2010, dismissed.

Lacey Armstrong, 25, Standish, possession of hypodermic apparatuses, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on June 14, 2011, found guilty on first, second and third charges, sentenced to seven days each; fourth charge dismissed.

Mildred A. Armstrong, 44, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, operating after habitual offender revocation on March 5, 2010, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to seven days; second charge dismissed.

Dennis Arsenault, 35, Northfield, Mass., operating vehicle without license, attaching false plates on June 20, 2010, dismissed.

Ashley Banville, 26, Auburn, permitting unlawful use, violating condition of release on April 17, 2011, found guilty on first charge, 10 hours of community service; second charge dismissed.
