AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Benjamin R. Bourassa, 37, St. John, Virgin Islands, operating under the influence on May 1, 2011, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Donald J. Bourget Jr., 38, Auburn, violating condition of release on July 20, 2011, domestic violence assault-priors on June 30, 2011, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to six months; second charge dismissed.

Casey George Bowden, 23, Wales, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 18, 2011, filed with no cost.

Timothy Bowe, 41, Auburn, operating under the influence on June 3, 2011, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Seth J. Bowie, 20, Orlando, Fla., burglary on Oct. 3, 2010, dismissed.

Stephane Y. Breton, 32, Orono, forgery on May 26, 2009, probation violation, sentenced to one year, probation partially revoked.

Stephane Y. Breton, 32, Orono, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors on March 4, 2011, sentenced to one year.

Daniel Brough, 55, Norway, two counts of visual sexual aggression against a child on Aug. 17, 2009, sentenced to two years on first charge, probation partially revoked.

Damien M. Brown, 35, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on March 10, 2011, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to three years with all but 146 days suspended, probation two years.

Keith M. Brown, 22, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 18, 2009, found guilty, fined $500.

Michael A. Brown, 31, Lewiston, operating under the influence, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction on Dec. 3, 2010, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to two days, license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Robert J. Brown, 44, Durham, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-bodily injury, domestic violence assault, escape on Jan. 20, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second and third charges dismissed.

Paul J. Brunelle, 25, Auburn, burglary on Dec. 13, 2009, probation violation, sentenced to one day, probation partially revoked and continued.

Ryan R. Burgess, 22, Yarmouth, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on May 24, 2011, dismissed.

Nickey Burnell, 31, Livermore Falls, forgery, acquiring drugs by deception on Jan. 18, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $400; second charge dismissed.

Angela J. Burnham, 29, Windham, burglary, stealing drugs on July 9, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to two years, six months all suspended, probation two years on second charge.

James C. Burnham, 42, Livermore Falls, domestic violence assault on June 12, 2010, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days, probation one year.

James C. Burnham, 42, Livermore Falls, violating condition of release on June 24, 2010, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Clarence Burns, 59, Lewiston, four counts of possessing sexually explicit material, five counts of possessing sexually explicit material of minor under 12 on may 14, 2010, found guilty on first and second count, sentenced to 364 days all suspended, probation one year; all other charges dismissed.

Corey D. Butterfield, 21, Leeds, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Feb. 19, 2011, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500.

Caitlin E. Cafarelli, 20, Lyman, reckless conduct on March 19, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to 60 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Shawna Calhoun, 21, Webster, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Feb. 18, 2009, probation violation, sentenced to four months, probation partially revoked and continued.

John J. Callahan, 56, Mechanic Falls, two counts of unlawful sexual contact, two counts of gross sexual contact, five counts of sexual exploitation of minor, two counts of sexual exploitation of minor under 12, two counts of sexual abuse of minor, three counts of  possessing sexually explicit material, four counts of possessing sexually explicit material of minor under 12 from Oct. 1, 2005, through Oct. 7, 2010, found guilty on 11 charges, sentenced to five years on two charges; sentenced to 10 years on five charges; sentenced to 20 years with all but 10 years suspended, probation four years on two charges; sentenced to 20 years with all but 10 years suspended, probation six years on two charges; nine charges dismissed.

Zachary A. Cameron, 29, Auburn, operating under the influence-no test, assault on May 15, 2011, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

Christopher M. Caouette, 42, Durham, issuing substandard inspection certificate on April 26, 2011, filed with cost of $200.

Keith Carr, 39, Durham, operating under the influence on Dec. 19, 2010, dismissed.

Brandy M. Carter, 28, Lewiston, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on May 31, 2011, dismissed.

Craig Chamberlain, 21, Auburn, reckless conduct, assault on Oct. 12, 2010, found guilty on first charge, unconditional discharge; second charge dismissed.

Norman D. Chamberlain, 22, Auburn, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Feb. 23, 2011, found guilty, fined $2,000, sentenced to three years with all but 90 days suspended, probation three years.

Sherrie J. Chambers, 45, Mechanic Falls, disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise on Jan. 13, 2011, filed with no cost.

Joseph B. Charest, 25, Auburn, theft of lost, mislaid, misdelivered property-priors on Dec. 31, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to two years, probation partially revoked.

Joseph B. Charest, 25, Windham, burglary on July 27, 2011, and July 28, 2011, two counts of criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 27, 2011, and July 28, 2011, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to one year, restitution of $500 each; all other charges dismissed.

Daniel Erwin Chase, 29, Windsor, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Feb. 16, 2011, found guilty, fined $750, sentenced to six months with all but five days suspended, probation one year.

David Cherkis, 43, Dresden, theft by receiving stolen property-priors on June 15, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to 15 days, probation partially revoked and continued.
