AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Nico Chesnel, 20, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 30, 2010, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Paul J. Chicoine Jr., 35, Greene, operating after habitual offender revocation-two priors on Dec. 24, 2010, filed with no cost.

Guy C. Childs Jr., 36, Lewiston, burglary, aggravated criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 22, 2009, and Feb. 10, 2009, dismissed.

Charles L. Clark, 43, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on May 10, 2011, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 10 days.

Timothy W. Clark, 42, Fairfield, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on March 9, 2011, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 90 days, restitution of $300.

Thomas Clifford, 31, Etna, violating protective order on March 17, 2011, found guilty, not yet sentenced.

Curtis Montana Coachman, 32, Auburn, three counts of criminal mischief, criminal trespass, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-physical force on Nov. 24, 2010, found guilty on first, second and fourth charges, sentenced to three days and restitution of $525 each; other charges dismissed.

John Coleman, 29, Sabattus, operating under the influence-one prior, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, two counts of refusing to sign criminal summons on Dec. 24, 2010, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,400, sentenced to 40 days, license suspended six years; other charges dismissed.

Leland C. Connor, 54, Buckfield, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-refusing to stop, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, operating under the influence on Feb. 9, 2011, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $500 each; other charges dismissed.

Kristopher A. Coons, 31, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on June 26, 2011, filed with no cost.

Ryan Bradford Cordiner, 31, Oxford, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Nov. 11, 2009, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Nov. 12, 2009, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,500, sentenced to seven days; second charge dismissed.

Roxanne D. Cormier, 46, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Jan. 18, 2008, sentenced to 44 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Allen M. Cosgrove, 58, Westbrook, violating condition of release on July 6, 2011, filed with cost of $1,000.

Sharon L. Cosgrove, 50, Turner, hindering apprehension or prosecution on July 6, 2011, filed with cost of $150.

Rocky Lee Creamer, 34, Lewiston, assault on an officer on March 6, 2011, probation violation, sentenced to five months, probation partially revoked and continued.

Ryan Cronkhite, 27, Winthrop, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on May 3, 2011, dismissed.

Kathleen Cummings, 63, Turner, operating under the influence, driving to endanger on July 11, 2011, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

Ryan Cunningham, 22, Lewiston, burglary on April 12, 2010, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary on April 15, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to 18 months with all but 58 days suspended, probation one year and restitution of $250 each.

Ryan M. Curran, 27, Sabattus, burglary, theft by receiving stolen property on Sept. 10, 2010, sentenced to three years with all but one year suspended, probation two years and restitution of $5,008.77 each.

Bruce Currier, 44, Chesterville, operating under the influence on April 14, 2011, filed with cost of $500.

Lane T. Cushman, 52, Norway, operating under the influence-one prior, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, reckless conduct on May 5, 2011, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $100.

Michael A. Cyr, 29, Lewiston, two counts of robbery on Nov. 10, 2010, found guilty on one count, sentenced to four years with all but six months suspended, probation four years, restitution of $200; one count dismissed.

Michael A. Cyr, 29, Lewiston, operating under the influence, violating condition of release on March 17, 2011, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days on first charge; sentenced to 48 hours each.

Bryan John Daniels, 25, Lewiston, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 5, 2009, sentenced to seven days each, probation partially revoked and continued.

Christopher Lawrence Davis, 22, Auburn, robbery on March 3, 2009, probation violation, sentenced to 52 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Christopher P. Davis, 35, Turner, disorderly conduct-loud noise, private place on Nov. 26, 2010, dismissed.

Lee W. Davis, 47, Lewiston, burglary on Oct. 13, 2010, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 15, 2010, found guilty on first and third charges, sentenced to two years with all but 30 days suspended and probation two years each; second charge dismissed.

Orena T. Davis, 26, Auburn, violating condition of release on May 26, 2010, dismissed.

Tyrone Vance Davis, 28, Lewiston, assault on Jan. 5, 2011, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to five days, restitution of $3,433.

Benjamin F. Day, 32, Bath, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, operating under the influence-one prior on June 15, 2011, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, not yet sentenced.

Derek D. Dearborn, 23, Dixfield, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, operating after habitual offender revocation, operating under the influence on Feb. 20, 2011, found guilty, fined $400 on first charge; fined $500, sentenced to 364 days with all but 90 days suspended, administrative release sentence one year on second charge; fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours on third charge.

Michael P. Debrosky Jr., 26, Livermore, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 24, 2005, found guilty on one count, fined $100, restitution of $52; one count dismissed.

Joseph P. Dehetre, 28, Minot, operating after habitual offender revocation on March 23, 2010, dismissed.

Marc R. Dehetre, 25, Poland, disorderly conduct-offensive words or gestures, criminal trespass on May 17, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second charge dismissed.

Jon Demers, 23, Auburn, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, violating condition of release on Jan. 20, 2011, dismissed.

Stephen W. Demings, 24, Lewiston, disorderly conduct-fighting, domestic violence assault-priors on Dec. 19, 2010, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 44 days; second charge dismissed.

Joshua C. Deschaine, 20, Van Buren, two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 6, 2011, found guilty on first and second charge, sentenced to 33 days each; third charge dismissed.

Stacey L. Desrosiers, 41, Westbrook, theft by deception on April 9, 2007, probation violation, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

Dingwell, 32, Gray, operating under the influence-two priors, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation-priors on Nov. 21, 2010, found guilty, fined $1,100, sentenced to 40 days, license suspended six years, registration suspended on first charge; fined $2,000, sentenced to five years with all but two years suspended, probation two years on second charge.

Scott A. Dingwell, 32, Gray, violating condition of release, domestic violence assault on Feb. 26, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days each.
