AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Justin B. Donaldson, 34, Turner, robbery on Sept. 18, 2010, found guilty, sentenced to three years, six months, restitution of $75.

Justin B. Donaldson, 34, Turner, violating condition of release, robbery on March 22, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days on first charge; sentenced to eight years all suspended, probation three years, restitution of $735 on second charge.

Richard Doucet, 43, Turner, unlawful sexual contact, unlawful sexual touching on Sept. 1, 2009, gross sexual assault on Nov. 3, 2010, sentenced to four years all suspended, probation two years on first charge; other charges dismissed.

Brandyn J. Dow, 25, Scarborough, robbery on March 17, 2005, probation violation, sentenced to 92 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Jerome Doyle, 40, Lewiston, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 24, 2010, dismissed.

Jerome Doyle, 40, Lewiston, violating condition of release, illegal possession of firearm on June 8, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days on first charge; sentenced to 18 months with all but 90 days suspended, probation one year on second charge.

Keith E. Doyon, 35, Lewiston, disorderly conduct-offensive words or gestures on Aug. 11, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to seven days all suspended.

Brian Dube, 36, Rangeley, operating under the influence on May 1, 2011, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Steven E. Dubois, 40, Lewiston, domestic violence assault, violating condition of release on April 10, 2011, filed with no cost.

Robert F. Duggan, 40, New Gloucester, eluding an officer, operating under the influence-two priors, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, driving to endanger on Jan. 14, 2011, found guilty, not yet sentenced.

Robert A. Dunlop, 25, Richmond, two counts of aggravated assault, violating condition of release on March 15, 2011, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to five years with all but 12 months suspended, probation three years; other charges dismissed.

Ryan M. Duquette, 26, Lewiston, four counts of burglary, four counts of criminal mischief, three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from April 14, 2011, to April 23, 2011, found guilty on first four charges, sentenced to six years with all but one year suspended, probation three years, restitution of $3.797.14 each; all other charges dismissed.

Ryan Michael Duquette, 26, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary on Feb. 13, 2008, probation violation, sentenced to three years each, probation revoked.

Charles Epps, 31, Lewiston, theft by receiving stolen property on Sept. 21, 2011, dismissed.

David W. Faller, 39, Lewiston, theft by deception on Dec. 16, 2009, found guilty, sentenced to 18 months with all but 30 days suspended, probation two years, restitution of $3,286.26.

Paul Farrell, 19, Auburn, criminal threatening on Jan. 13, 2011, filed with no cost.

Brian H. Farrington, 49, Minot, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, cultivating marijuana on Sept. 28, 2o10, found guilty, fined $500 each.

Christopher Scott Farrington, 31, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary on Oct. 12, 2011, dismissed.

Dalton Farrington, 20, Lewiston, aggravated forgery, forgery, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction on March 11, 2011, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 15 days; found guilty on third charge, fined $500.

Thomas A. Farrington, 30, Augusta, terrorizing, domestic violence stalking, criminal mischief, violating condition of release on March 21, 2011, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to two years each; other charges dismissed.
