AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Jeffrey A. Cressey, 21, Lewiston, aggravated criminal mischief on Jan. 29, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all suspended, one year probation and restitution of $500; also charged with criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and three counts of burglary of a motor vehicle on Jan. 29, 2006, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail with all suspended for each charge; and disorderly conduct, violating condition of release, criminal threatening and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on March 21, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail with all suspended; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Jason M. Demonte, 32, Lewiston, probation violations on the June 11, 2004, operating a motor vehicle after revocation charge and April 2, 2005 violating condition of release charge, sentenced to 12 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked for each charge.

Daniel Joseph Desrochers, 27, Auburn, probation violation on a Nov. 25, 2004, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior charge, sentenced to five months at the county jail and probation revoked; also charged with operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, on Aug. 13, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 30 days at the county jail.

Normand Dumont Sr., 68, Westbrook, operating under the influence, with two priors, and operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 2, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail with all suspended, one year probation, license suspended four years and registration suspended; second charge dismissed.

Laurent G. Dupuis, 77, Lewiston, probation violation on a Oct. 30, 2003, unlawful sexual touching charge, sentenced to 14 days at the county jail and probation revoked.

Miguel J. Elmore, 21, Lewiston, aggravated criminal trespass, theft by unauthorized taking and two counts of assault on Nov. 11, 2005, all charges filed with no cost.

Anthony J. Emery, 33, Casco, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, on Dec. 5, 2005, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Christopher Scott Farrington, 26, Auburn, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 22, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to one year at the state prison, one year probation and restitution of $50 for each charge.

Jean Fournier, 28, Lewiston, probation violation on a Nov. 11, 1999, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs charge, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Michael D. Gagne, 30, Lewiston, probation violation on a Sept. 25, 2005, operating under the influence, with one prior, charge, sentenced to 14 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Ryan A. Gamache, 20, Lewiston, assault on Jan. 5, 2006, found guilty, fined $200.

Keith Dale Gammon, 40, Lewiston, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, assault and violating condition of release on Sept. 15, all charges dismissed.

Keith Dale Gammon, 40, Auburn, violating condition of release on Oct. 13, found guilty, sentenced to 75 days at the county jail.

Lisa S. Gauthier, 42, Litchfield, probation violations on the Nov. 17, 1998, operating a motor vehicle after revocation and operating under the influence charges, sentenced to three years at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Lisa S. Gauthier, 42, Lewiston, operating after motor vehicle revocation and operating under the influence on May 21, 2004, both charges dismissed.

Jeremy W. Getchell, 26, Sabattus, aggravated assault on Nov. 22, 2005, dismissed.

David S. Giasson, 38, Auburn, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked, and attaching false plates on Sept. 28, 2005, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $1,000, sentenced to 14 days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended on first charge; fined $300 and sentenced to seven days on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Brian S. Goldstein, 22, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 17, 2004, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 15, 2004, and aggravated criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and two counts of burglary on Nov. 1, 2004, all charges dismissed.

Christopher Donald Grant, 18, Lisbon, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 3, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and two counts of burglary on July 1, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all suspended, two years probation and restitution of $2,500 for each charge.

Justin C. Graves, 22, Lewiston, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Sept. 3, 2005, filed, fined $150.

John R. Grenier, 52, Auburn, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on July 14, found guilty, fined $500.

Steven W. Hall, 50, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Dec. 4, 2005, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all but 60 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

Craig Hamel, 23, Auburn, criminal trespass, burglary, violating condition of release, and assault on June 3, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Nicholas Anthony Hanson, 25, Leeds, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, and operating under the influence on Sept. 24, 2005, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 30 days at the county jail on first charge; fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on second charge.

Carl Curtis Harrington II, 24, Lewiston, probation violation on a Aug. 10, 2005, aggravated assault charge, sentenced to four days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Miles Hartford, 25, Auburn, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, on March 4, found guilty, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all but one year suspended, two years probation and restitution of $2,905.06.

Miles Hartford, 25, Leeds, aggravated forgery and operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, on May 27, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all but one year suspended, two years’ probation and restitution of $2,905.06 for each charge; and operating a vehicle without a license, failing to provide a correct name, address and/or date of birth, and violating condition of release on May 27, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail for each charge; and aggravated assault, assault, and criminal threatening on May 6, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail and restitution of $2,905.06 on first charge; sentenced to 90 days at the county jail on second charge.

Michael V. Hehir, 21, Newington, N.H., two counts of robbery on April 25, both charges dismissed.

Michael L. Heikkinen, 36, Paris, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, and operating under the influence, with prior, on Oct. 22, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 30 days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

John Irving Hibbard Jr., 31, Lewiston, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 20, 2005, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all but eight days suspended, three years probation and restitution of $2,800; second charge dismissed.

Misty Dawn Hodge Thurlow, 29, Standish, assault on July 20, 2005, dismissed.

Tammy Lynn Hosie, 36, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 15, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail.

Nicholas D. Hoyt, 22, Poland, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, and failing to stop for an officer on Sept. 2, 2005, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 20 days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Maurice Huntington, 50, Litchfield, operating under the influence, with two priors, and operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 16, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,400, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail, license suspended four years and registration suspended; second charge dismissed.

Joshua Lane Hussey, 29, Canton, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and failing to give correct name, address or date of birth on July 13, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000 and sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison; second and third charges dismissed.

Caro E. Hustus, 28, Gardiner, operating under the influence, with two priors, on Oct. 18, 2005, fined $1,100, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended four years and registration suspended.

Paul Allen Jenkins, 24, Lewiston, probation violations on the May 26, assault and violating condition of release charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Felix S. Jimenez, 38, Auburn, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on April 1, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Lucas M. Judkins, 23, Pittsfield, probation violation on a Dec. 31, 2003, robbery charge, sentenced to eight days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Nicki Karcher, 20, Lewiston, assault on an officer on Jan. 5, 2006, dismissed.

Albert G. Lamb, 33, Lewiston, terrorizing on May 17, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days at the county jail.
