AUBURN — The following cases were recently closed in Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Codie Morrison, 20, Auburn, assault on July 20, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

James Morrisseau, 39, Bridgton, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon on Dec. 21, 2010, dismissed.

Jermaine Motley, 23, Lewiston, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on Oct. 24, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to 75 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Leonard Jason Mungin, 52, Lewiston, domestic violence assault, disorderly conduct, fighting on May 30, 2011, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge.

Cassidy Munro, 28, Farmington, failure to register vehicle, operating license while suspended or revoked on May 30, 2011, dismissed on both charges.

Jon S. Munroe, 39, Lewiston, domestic violence assault, priors, on April 4, 2011, dismissed.

Christin M. Murphy, 25, Scarborough, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release on Oct. 17, 2010, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 14 days in jail, restitution of $456.85; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 14 days in jail, restitution of $456.85.

Joseph Murray, 40, Gray, domestic violence assault on Jan. 14, 2011, dismissed.

Keone Murray, 23, Lewiston, violating condition of release, trafficking in prison contraband, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on June 13, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $400, sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Paul Myrand, 47, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Sept. 8, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to 140 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Eric Henry Nickerson, 44, Brunswick, two counts of aggravated assault, three counts of reckless conduct, assault on Jan. 22, 2011, first charge dismissed; second charge, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for four years all but 15 months suspended, probation of three years, restitution of $2,700; third charge dismissed; fourth charge dismissed; fifth charge dismissed; sixth charge, fined $300, sentenced to 45 days in jail.

Brooks Noddin, 20, Auburn, burglary on Oct. 24, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Elmer A. Norton, 25, Livermore Falls, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon on June 9, 2011, dismissed.

Michael Noyes, 36, Canton, two counts of criminal mischief, domestic violence assault, assault, criminal threatening, domestic violence terrorizing on May 8, 2011, found guilty on first charge, restitution of $100; found guilty on second charge, restitution of $600; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 180 days in jail all suspended, probation of one year, restitution of $700; fourth charge dismissed; fifth charge dismissed; sixth charge dismissed.

John E. Nutter, 37, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Jan. 28, 2011, found guilty, sentenced to 36 days in jail.

John E. Nutter, 37, Greene, criminal trespass, violating condition of release on Sept. 7, 2011, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 50 days in jail; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 50 days in jail.

Kevin O’Donnell, 22, Lisbon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 11, 2011, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary on Dec. 11, 2010, both charges dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary on Dec. 21, 2010, both charges dismissed.

David Jason Oakes, 45, South Portland, unsworn falsification on Dec. 10, 2007, found guilty; failure to comply sex offender registration act, first offense on Dec. 31, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to seven days in jail.

Michelle Marie Olds, 46, Lewiston, violating condition of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Aug. 15, 2008, first charge, sentenced to 30 days in jail; second charge, fined $400, sentenced to four years in jail; all but six months suspended, probation of two years.

Peter W. Olsen, 48, Turner, driving to endanger, operating under the influence on May 29, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, license suspended; second charge dismissed.

Leonard C. Opera, 58, Lewiston, operating under the influence, violating condition of release on Oct. 31, 2010, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Kenneth K. Ouellette, 43, Auburn, criminal trespass, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon on June 10, 2011, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for two years all but nine months and one day suspended, probation of two years.

Michael N. Ouellette, 36, Rumford, driving to endanger, reckless conduct on Sept. 10, 2010, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge.

Francis Pacheco, 49, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on Jan. 26, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to nine days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Dale R. Page, 28, Poland, two counts of reckless conduct on Feb. 5, both charges dismissed; reckless conduct on Feb. 5, 2011, dismissed.

Michael Tyler Page, 24, Poland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 26, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to seven days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Chad Paradis, 28, Lewiston, failing to make oral or written accident report, refuse to submit to arrest or detention, refuse to stop, driving to endanger, operating under the influence on June 17, 2011, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $700; found guilty on third charge, fined $700, license suspended 30 days; fourth charge dismissed.

Joseph Parker, 32, Lewiston, endangering welfare of a child on Aug. 1, 2010, probation violation, sentenced to four months in jail, probation partially revoked.

Michael Bernard Parker, 45, Lewiston, operating under the influence on June 24, 2011, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 days in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Stephen D. Parker, 26, Lewiston, reckless conduct, endangering the welfare of a child on May 13, 2011, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for one year; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Joshua P. Passalaqua, 19, Auburn, criminal mischief, reckless conduct on Oct. 4, 2010, found guilty on first charge, unconditional discharge; second charge dismissed.
