AUBURN — The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Eric Greenwood, 27, Lewiston, burglary on Sept. 5, 2007, Sept. 8, 2007, June 4, 2007, two counts on June 3, 2007, June 1, 2007, two counts on May 31, 2007, May 28, 2007, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 8, 2007, June 4, 2007, June 3, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to seven days each, probation partially revoked and continued.

John Raymond Grenier Jr., 37, Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, violating condition of release on Aug. 25, 2008, found guilty, fined $400 and sentenced to one year on first charge; sentenced to seven days on second charge.

Steven James Grenier, 40, Poland, criminal trespass, criminal mischief on Oct. 18, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $100, restitution of $225; second charge dismissed.

Heather Groder, 24, Wilton, failing to make oral or written accident report on May 3, 2009, filed with cost of $150.

Jason Scott Grover, 29, Turner, operating under the influence-two priors, operating vehicle without license-cond/restric on Feb. 8, 2009, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,100, sentenced to 30 days, license suspended six years; second charge dismissed.

Michael L. Groves, 59, Lewiston, unlawful sexual contact on April 11, 2008, sentenced to 30 months, probation revoked.

Celeste J. Guimond, 40, Lewiston, domestic violence assault, disorderly conduct-fighting on May 16, 2009, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to seven days.

Joey Adrian Guimond, 27, Lewiston, two counts of burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 24, 2003, probation violation, no sentence imposed.

Joshua H. Guimond, 25, Sabattus, operating after habitual offender revocation-prior on Oct. 8, 2008, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to six months.

Stephen C. Gurney, 24, Leeds, aggravated assault on Nov. 25, 2008, sentenced to 10 months, probation revoked.

Oscar N. Guzman, 25, North Turner, assault on March 4, 2009, dismissed.

Edward R. Hadley Jr., 47, Schertz, Texas, operating under the influence, driving to endanger on Dec. 15, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000, license suspended 30 days.

Hansen, 30, Lewiston, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation-priors, operating under the influence, assault on March 21, 2008, fined $1,000, sentenced to five years with all but one year suspended and probation two years on first charge; fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on second charge; sentenced to six months on third charge.

Jerry M. Hansen, 30, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation-prior on Feb. 20, 2008, fined $1,000, sentenced to five years with all but one year suspended, probation two years.
